Yokebe Natural Honey Weight Loss Shake - 10 Portions

I have tried a few shakes prior to trying Yokebe. They never tasted nice and always caused acid reflux. I now use lacto free milk with this shakes.These however are fantastic, the natural honey is lovely and so is the strawberry flavour. I have a shake for breakfast and lunch, teamed up with a low cal dinner. I make both shakes in the morning, as I work from my car all day. I purchased a good quality flask to keeps it cold/fresh. I will sometimes for a different flavour I will add some coffee, chocolate powder or some cinnamon.My weight is coming down aswell so I am happy with the results.If you are looking for some snacks to go along side your shakes.. I would recommend a small handful of nuts (Lidl mixed nuts(they are raw and not cooked in oil)) or a piece of fruit.I was on holiday last week, I thought I would take a day off the diet and enjoy a nice lunch out. Like me you will find you can’t eat big meals like you use to and feel unwell!!! Went straight back in the diet!! That’s never happened to me before. Normally I would take a day off then never go back in the diet. But I prefer the shakes for breakfast and lunch.

I bought this product because a lot of "slimming" shakes taste awful. This is not bad, but I'd recommend making it up in a blender with either flavoured yoghurt or fresh fruit (I use both) . It doesn't taste too bad on it's own, but needs an extra "something" to satisfy. Very handy for worktime meal breaks if made up in advance an stored in a vacuum flask, also handy for people in a rush as very little prep needed.

I initially bought this from Boots as I wanted to start my diet immediately. I've been on a VLCD in the past and I hated it: it was a total struggle.After reading reviews of Yokebe, I was more positive. I bought the honey flavour to start. It's not unpleasant but I didn't think it tasted of honey: more like a melted vanilla milkshake from McDs. I used skimmed milk. I followed the weight loss boost program: three shakes a day for the first week.It was great. I had no cravings. I stuck to it properly, only having the permitted snacks such as fruit and veg and plenty of water and lost 6lbs.Since that first, positive week, I've tried the other flavours (from Amazon) and they're really good. There is a slight grainy texture to the shakes, but no 'artificial sweetener' aftertaste which is often present in other shakes. I now have a suitable evening meal. The shakes are great for me at work as I'm so busy, I don't have time to think about what I'm eating, which would often result in buying chippy or expensive sandwiches. I've been on Yokebe for one month and I've lost 1 stone. I don't feel hungry at all. I would recommend Yokebe.

I am not a particularly fussy person, I will try anything once and give most things a go......therefore I thought I would try this having read reviews that seemed to be pretty much positive for weight loss and the taste etc. All I can assume is that others have no gag reflex or intolerance to stuff that has the consistency of wallpaper paste mixed with sawdust. It was literally VILE. I just about managed to stomach one serving, but had to force it down but was thinking perhaps it was one of those things that got better the more you had. It didn't. I felt physically sick all morning afterwards, and the overwhelming honey flavour lingered nearly as long as the coating of mushy grit that it had left in my mouth. I am posting this as I know how hard it is to get a genuine review on these things from someone who hasn't been given the product for free in return for a glowing review. All I can say is that I spent my own precious money on this rubbish and threw the whole tub away after one serving, so if that doesn't tell you something about it, I don't know what will. I have decided to stick with Slim Fast or just stay fat! lol

Doesn't taste great, I'm not gonna lie. But does the job - only weight loss product that stops me from having hunger headaches. Just drink it quickly, also putting it in a blender helps, as does adding a banana. Worth the unpleasant taste for the great results - I lost the weight and really wasn't hungry. So much better than SlimFast.

Fantastic as does not irritate my stomach like some other brands, fills me up and keeps me going throughout the day, It's only been 2 days so can't say a lot right now but taste is fine, shaker is ok but a bit messy when taking out mesh bit. Otherwise can't complain just yet.I've bought all 3 flavours as doing the 3 a day so need to spice it up a bit. Not bored yet, and don't expect to be at this price either especially when other reviewers have said they've lost Ilbs.

I like the taste of this (Honey) and it keeps my hunger at bay. I work night shifts and I find this really handy when you don't have the energy to cook from scratch. You have to mix it with a teaspoon of oil. I use Udo's Choice Ultimate oil blend. You've got ten servings in the tin and a serving spoon as well.

Although this product has quite a pleasant taste, its nutritional information leaves a lot to be desired from a diet product, at 273 calories and 16.8 grms sugar per portion. A similar product has 180 kcal per portion and 8 grms sugar and tastes just as good.
