Compared with Lexjet canvas matte. Texture is slightly smoother, better for skies, open water etc.; also whiter; and 40% the cost!!! Made 17 24x36" off the 60' roll--not a bad print in the patch using their profile (use it!!). Never had a better printing session in 40 years. A perfect match for my screen image, adjusting for saturation from transmitted to reflected light. Micro adjustments were faithfully recorded. Bought two more rolls. Only my 3rd roll of canvas. Couldn't be happier with the results.

I had no idea what type of media to purchase and I took a chance with this. I can say this was a great purchase for making signs and banners. The thickness is just right, yet not too heavy. It's not smooth like vinyl, but it's canvas so what else can you expect. I realize I didn't use it for what it's intended for, but it did work just as well as any other banner material. Grommets can also be added easily and since it isn't thin, you don't have to worry about anyting ripping. Print quality was excpetional - once I figured out I had to use photo media. I did waste a little trying to get the print settings correct, but once I figured it out I was good to go. The roll is pretty long, so I got more than my monies worth. This is my go-to for my banners and signs for my large printer. I may even try the cotton one as well.

My Daughter-in-law is an artist and wanted to know if she could print some canvas on our 24" wide format HP T120. I didn't even know you could print it on my printer but looked it up and it says it can. I have not loaded it on the printer yet. BUT....since it is polyester, I did try it with my sublimation printer for some watercolor pictures I wanted for my Grand-daughters bedroom. It worked so amazing. I am very excited to see what more I can do with this canvas. It is heavy duty and stretches nicely.

I wasn't sure how I would feel about a polyester canvas as I've always printed on cotton. But, recently, cotton has been a little harder to find in the sizes I needed and was quite expensive! So I gave this roll a shot. Very glad I did! The prints are very good. The color of the canvas is a nice bright white. I was concerned about fraying. But, from what I've seen, fraying only happens if you fail to cut it through on the First pass. plus, this material is very economical! Great product!

This canvas takes ink well and Reproduction of colors is great, be sure to allow the canvas to dry before attaching to a stretcher. We are printing with Canon pigment inks and they need a few hours to dry before handling. We tried another brand that would flake pieces of the surface when stretching resulting in damaged images. The Metro Gallery Nebraska print shop is printing for artists and events and everyone has been happy with the end product. Although we have seen ink loss at the corners where there are tight bends/folds we have managed to keep this to a minimum. The pictures are Louis Wayne 1875, a painting on the remains of the Berlin Wall and Jeff Hebenstreit - King Of Oz One other thing to note is that if you change papers in your printer often like we have to, don't wrap a band around this stuff it will leave a wave in the material and it will not lay flat at the leading edge when going through the printer. You will also get this wave at the left or right edge if you leave it stand on end. If you have this happen you can use a hair dryer on low to smooth it out, If you don't get it to lay flat your printhead may hit the media. New image is from the Artist Guano and the color reproduction is fantastic. For the month of September we put together 2 exhibits involving psychedelic art and most of the images from the 500 years were printed on this canvas and the response to the images on opening night was excellent.

Perfect. I am on my third roll at present. I am printing on the Epson SC-T3170

I wasn't sure about this canvas when I ordered it because compared to similar amounts it was very cheap. Well it's way better quality than I was expecting and we will absolutely use this. You definitely want some type of sealer for after, I recommend a spray sealer, but it's great and a true matte finish.
