used to distribute heat from wood burning stove - worked great! will be ordering a few more - great for off grid use to move heat around from wood and my propane stoves- well built- easy to use - low profile- have used many times of fans in the past this one has great air flow runs seemlessly- would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a propane or wood stove

I put this fan on a paint strainer that sits atop my Big Buddy heater. It directs the heat onto me, starts working quickly and turns off when the heater cools off. It’s like magic.

Purchased this unit December 22. Used it approximately five hours a day for three months.Stopped using the woodstove through the early spring summer and fall. November 23 started using woodstove again approximately five hours a day in the evening.. it is now mid January and the item does no longer functionThat is far less than four months use time.Of course there’s no actual warranty. You just have a return window of three months from purchase.Will not purchase again.

We bought one and it arrived with a broken wheel. Sent it back, they replaced it very fast. However this one is not balanced the fans wobble. We kind of bent it back to make it work. The manufacture is cutting corners on the spline that hold the fan it is too cheap and not strong enough. We will keep this one it works well on the heat source it just wobbles. Worth spending a more money from a different manufacture to get hopefully better quality.

I gave this four stars yes this little tiny guy does work kind of impressive. But please note this thing is not what you think it would be in size by looking at the pictures I messed up by not looking at the description size before buying it I thought this was going to be much bigger than it was.But the little guy does work and it does move air.Please note do not get this little guy too hot or you will burn up the thermal energy block best to set it back some from the Heat maintain it around I'd say 200° and it works just fine it will start operation around 125 to 130 I don't see any reason going above it and take a risk of burning the chip just my opinions

It worked as it was supposed to. I can't tell the level of heat distribution though, as the blades do not create a breeze (we sit about 10 feet from the small fans). The fans are very quiet. We've only lit 3 fires in the ten days we've had it, but it seems to better distribute the warmth. We are satisfied, and, it's great that the blades rotate from the heat of the wood stove. Very easy to set up.

My family and I rely on a wood burning stove to heat our 1300sqft home on our homestead. I purchased this fan to circulate and disburse heat throughout the whole house, unfortunately that is not what I received from this product. The delivery and ordering process was good, product arrived without damage and was in new condition. The dual fan is easy to sit atop of a wood burning stove the thermostat that comes with it was just as easy to sit atop the stove. The fan worked as far as the propellers rotating and slight change in temperature with its use for about 18 days. Although I really never felt it circulated the heat flow enough to make a difference my kids said it felt warmer towards the back of the house. After 18 days the fan just stopped working nothing appeared to be missing or loose. The metal strip on the bottom which I believe is what starts the fans turning after desired temp is met seemed to fine as well. I thought maybe it needed a day off so we left it off a full 24hrs and it still just doesn’t work.The fans do not turn at all so who knows. It wasn’t a cheap mistake but lesson learned I’ll do more research on my next stove fan more than likely from Ace. But for now I have it as a paper weight debating on throwing it away since it hasn’t served a purpose.
