I love this product and my plants “loved” it too! It’s a good price for its size. Pretty big bottle so it lasts for a very long time. Good value for money! It’s organic (fish-emulsion) so it gives the plants the needed boost for the warmer months, without harming them. And since it’s organic there is not risk of over-fertilising them! It’s ideal for tropical houseplants, even though I used it for my orchid/cactuses a couple of months and it still worked well. My big tropical plants grew at least one leaf every 10 days during spring/summer. Better than any other fertiliser I used so far! I could see that my plants were “happy” with it (consistent growth and overall good plant condition). SMELL: I saw many reviews complaining about the smell. It’s not that bad as I expected! Yes, it does smell a bit bad, but ONLY if you bring the bottle next to your nose! who does that??! That’s not something I normally do when I use the fertiliser! If you don’t bring the bottle in front of your nose, it doesn’t smell! Simple as that :) Overall perfect product 10/10

Plants seem to like it although it takes some tries to work out the ratios. I am using for indoor plants (monstera/ fiddle leaf fig/ philodendrons) and I have noticed my plant leaves seem more green and the stems seem to be thicker. The smell initially is similar to an oxo cube/ marmite and virtually disappears once diluted (I mix around 3ml per L) and try to use what I have mixed. If left overnight, the following day smells rancid. Think stagnant, pooey, fish water and obviously gets worst the longer you leave it. I haven’t noticed any leakage with my bottle although I take care when pouring and if I need to, wipe the edge before replacing the cap. I bought the 1L bottle and I have had it for around two months. I have not used past a quarter of the liquid and I use it every week. I would recommend.

It’s hard to rate a fertiliser as you don’t know what the results would have been without it. However, I bought this specifically for feeding my bonsai trees as had heard good things. It’s very thick and smells like it’s pretty potent (!) so you don’t need much and a can of water will go pale brown as a result. It therefore gives the impression it’s good stuff and will certainly last a while - longer than a typical tomato feed for instance. Enjoy.

The best all-round fertiliser out there and it’s organic. I bought it after I stopped using “miracle grow all purpose concentrated liquid plant food” because it started deteriorating my houseplants. It turned out to be the best decision I made for them, I waited till the miracle grow was flushed out of the plant-soil before using. Then applied the fish-mix during the growing season as per the dosage on the biobizz website. All the plants soon recovered with their soil balanced and grew so much more, I was even able to propagate them and there is still a lot of it left. Just make a fresh mix before applying instead of storing one already mixed otherwise the fish smell would be very unbearable. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve their plants. It made such a difference to mine.

Brilliant tonic for perking up your plants. I use weekly on my bonsai. Despite being a fish based product it smells more beefy than fish! Easy to dilute and should last a good while.

Very good for feeding any plants or Flowers

Great value for money, I have lots of houseplants (100+) and used this for 6 months already and barely looks like I've even touched the bottle. I'm sure I won't have to buy any more for a long time! All my plants are flowering beautifully and growing super fast, this product has changed my houseplants from small weak plants to beautiful big flowering plants its amazing! I have had no problems with the smell either as you need such a small amount diluted in water so there are no issues with that for me.

Have used fish mix for a few years now and our bedding plants and vegetables love it. It’s organic so we don’t have any worries using it on the veggie patch. I know people moan about the smell, but it’s not really a fishy smell. It smells more like soya sauce to me, so it’s not that offensive. Don’t leave it in your greenhouse all summer, though, as it will stink if sat in extreme heat for weeks on end. You don’t need a huge amount, either, so lasts for ages.
