Ink cartridge
I did a very silly thing and ordered a multiple pack of genuine Epson inks as my model refuses to accept compatable. When they arrived I realised I had onlygot three colour and so I needed to buy a black then. I had the Epson printer some months ago and the inks that came with the printer lasted so much longerthan my Kodak one so I was very impressed but had a shock when I had to buy the genuine Epson cartridges against the Kodak ones. Still if the ones I have boughtto replace the ones that came with the printer I won't feel so bad about the cost. All in all it has come to around £50 to buy these, next time I will go morecareful as to what is in the box and how much ink is in the cartridge. I had a job to get cartridges for the model I have so I am restricted as to what I canget, the ones that were only the colour were from a different supplier and it worried me slightly as they came in a polythene bag, no box but this black came inthe Epson box so hopefully I have found a supplier where I can get them now.

Genuine, reliable, quality. If only they weren't so pricey!
Whilst I wish these were cheaper, I have learned my lesson over the 5 years that I've owned my Epson printer, it simply isn't worth buying the cheap imitations. These (overpriced) genuine Epson cartridges are the only way to go in my opinion. They work perfectly every time, they charge quickly when you install them and the colour and quality of the printed output is as you'd expect.I'm thoroughly sick of the pot luck you get buying the "compatible" ones. Yes you save money, but sometimes they are ok and often are APALLINGLY bad - even when you buy 2 of the same brand from the same supplier. I just can't take the chance on the unreliability!With these genuine ones, you know every time what you'll get. I guess that's what we (begrudgingly) pay for.

Lazy delivery for small item
Product is fine. Not impressed that parcel was left on doorstep, bell not rung. Well small enough to go through the letter box. Poor.
