The instructions were poorly written, as it failed to indicate where the “b”s are used. I eventually figured out they said “a”s were to be used in the wrong place, but it wasn’t intuitive at all. Once assembled, the sauna feels pretty good, although it does not reach anywhere near the listed max temp. Thus far, mine tops out at 54 C. It takes at least 30 minutes to get up to that. The foot pad does get really hot though, almost feel like it is going to burn my feet. Overall, it’ll do for the price. It was by far the least expensive infrared sauna I found on Amazon. But don’t expect miracles.

Super services..after a year we had an issue with the sauna and they helped right away and replaced immediately with all the support follow up..Thanks guys , now we can continue to enjoy our sauna routine...

It’s cool being able to say I have a sauna in my house. I will plug it in and let it warm up for about 45min, but even then it will only get up to about 42*C(max is 65*C). I then spend about another 30 min to finally start to get a good sweat. I’m overall still a fan because I will just find something to do while I wait for it to warm up. Small enough to fit anywhere but also small that you have no room to move around once sitting inside. I’m 6’3 230 and can’t even stand in it.

Love it.. Directions weren't very good but figured it out. It's small yet just the right size in bedroom. Great to work out, sit and soak up the heat then shower. What a great feeling...I love it and many have admired it.

this is perfect for home use. its does get really hot and you sweat, the chair is a little too low which hurts my knees and there is not a lot of leg room. the floor mat gets really hot too! but all in all this is great and does the job. I love the little portable light that comes with it to hang inside too !

Great portable sauna. Gets very hot in there. Recommend getting a towel for the chair and floor to catch the sweat. Great for the price! Thank you!

I set this whole thing up and then was looking for the infrared light. It came with a charging mobile emergency lamp. So red light at all.
