I am a student of accredited Human Nutrition degree and we use various professional equipment for body composition readings at the university. I have tested this scale against our very expensive bio-impedance scale and they both have pretty similar readings, which only shows that this is a good quality personal body composition scale! Obviously, there will always be differences in results from various body composition methods as the perfect method wasn't discovered yet, except post mortem tissue analysis! So far, bio-impedance methods are highly accurate and good indicator of where you stand. This scale is very easy to use and the fact that you can connect it to your phone is pretty awesome! The value is also great, I can only recommend!

Brilliant scales with great features and easy tracking!These body scales have exceeded my expectations. Not only are they accurate and easy to use, but they also track so much more than just weight – including body fat, BMI, and more. The companion app is really user-friendly and makes it easy to keep track of progress over time. I also love that you can add multiple family members, so everyone can have their own profile. The design is sleek, the display is clear, and it syncs with the app effortlessly. Great value for money and a fantastic tool for anyone focused on their health and fitness goals!

These scales give a lot of information, especially for the price. However, I’m not sure how accurate the body measurements are. They are +2lbs out compared to my professional scales so not the end of the world but not true accuracy either. They are consistent with their readings though.Also, these say I have very high muscle mass which I don’t! This makes me skeptical about the accuracy of the other stats.The number readout is very large, even bigger than the pics suggest, which is nice. Also, the build quality seems fairly sturdy and they look really nice. Overall I’m happy with them for the price but if you need more accurate info you’d be better off going with the more expensive ones.

Set up was easy! Instructions were clear. You’ll need to download an app, so take that into consideration. I specifically chose this because it’s compatible with Apple Health and automatically links and updates. So easy to use and keep track of my weight loss progress. I purchased this smart body fat scale, and I'm really impressed with it, considering the price point. One of the standout features for me is the rechargeable battery, a huge plus, and it uses a Type-C port for charging which is even better. No more scrambling for specific coin batteries that you never find!The scale provides a helpful guideline to your body stats, including weight, body fat percentage, BMI and other metrics. They give a very useful overview and you can track changes over time, which what I was looking for.The app is another highlight. It's user-friendly and quite intuitive to navigate. Connecting the scale is a breeze – it pairs quickly and reliably every time so far, no issues. The stats are presented clearly and concisely, making it easy to understand your progress and track your fitness journey. I Would recommend if you're looking to start tracking these things and don't want to spend hundreds on a smart scale. The cost of these scales are good.

Great scales, affordable and them seem pretty accurate, I haven't tried the app feature yet but it's good to know it has an app too this could be something I use in the future. Looks great and is easy to use, size is good too not too small where my feet don't fit on.

I enjoy using the Renho scale, a good looking, well built quality scale, perfect size, never any issues with bluetooth connectivity. If I don't have my phone at daily weight in I can use my Apple watch to take the measurements. The brightness of the readings are just right.The scales and the app have really helped me to loose medication weight gain. Its functionality is cool, with all the body composition metrics and trends, can help you monitor your long term fitness and weight. I would recommend.

Does exactly what it should with zero fuss. Functionality is straightforward and reliable, the display is crisp and readable at a glance, and the clean design looks great. Build quality feels solid yet it’s nice and lightweight. Most importantly, the readings are consistently accurate. Great bit of kit all round.
