Very good quality, but a bit too sweet for my taste, therefore 4 stars instead of 5. It can be made into sweet mochi soup, used as topping for pancakes, spread thin on buttered toast, or served on top of a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yum.

I’ve tried a few different red bean pastes, and this one from Fusion Select is definitely my favorite. The texture is super smooth and easy to work with — perfect for making mochi, bao, or pastries. It has just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering, and the flavor tastes fresh and authentic. I also appreciate that it comes sealed well and stays good in the fridge after opening. Great quality product — I’ll definitely be buying it again!

My wife is Japanese and she uses this to make a Japanese Sweet Roll, I think they are called An Pam or something like that. Glad to have found them on Amazon the Asian store is quite a distance from us.

The product is made in China. You wouldn’t know that, though, because the part where it says that on the front sticker is purposefully photoshopped to remove that. False advertising. China has no robust food safety mechanisms, especially with things it exports, so I will not risk harm to my body for cheaper food.
