Reliable and Easy to Set Up – Works Perfectly with My Handsets
The Grandstream DP750 DECT base station has been excellent. Setup was quick and straightforward, and it paired easily with my Grandstream handsets. The range is strong, and call quality is clear and stable throughout the house. It feels well-built and professional, exactly what you’d expect from Grandstream. Configuration through the web interface was simple, and it integrates smoothly with my existing VoIP setup. Overall, this is a solid and reliable base station that performs exactly as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable DECT solution.

Not DECT compatible!
Be aware that the DP750 is *not* DECT compatible, despite its name. It *only* works with DP720 (and inofficially other Grandstream) handsets, but not handsets from other manufacturers. (In fact, it partially works: DECT pairing works, outbound calls work, but signalling doesn't work, so you cannot receive incoming calls. It seems like engineering tried to make a DECT-compliant handset, but failed midway.) So if you're looking for a closed system with only Grandstream products the DP750 together with the DP720 handset can work for you. But if you're looking for an extensible system with other DECT handsets (or headsets) stay far away from this product. Beyond that, the web interface is powerful yet hard to use and rather confusing -- but that's the case for many products in this category, so nothing particular special here.

設定も簡単で思ったよりも遠くに到達します。屋内で100メートルくらいでも大丈夫な感じです。これがあれば電話の主装置もいらないくらいです。

Ein Firmware-Update brachte endlich Untertützung von DECT-Telefonen von dritten Herstellern. Zumindest Gigaset. Nachdem dieser enttäuschende und inakzeptable Sachverhalt behoben wurde, werde einen von deren Routern eine Chance geben. Was noch fehlt ist das hosten von SIP-accounts aus registrierten SIP-Profilen als Weiterleitung.
