What's the minimum diameter the tree/pole needs to be?

If you have a steel pole it works with a diameter of 7cm. A tree should be minimum 15cm. Kind regards Pullup&Dip Team

Can i attached this to a sleet lamp 10 inches across? or does the tree trunk attachment need to be on a tree?

Hello, thanks for your message. The ideal height depends also on your arm length, we suggest to install it on a height where you can fully hang from the bar when doing pull-ups. It's best if you stand to a wall, stretch your arms and measure the ideal height where the top of the bar should be so you can fully hang from the bar without having to bend you knees.
