Works great at 2.5gbps in Mikrotik RB4011iGS+
I added this to my Mikrotik RB4011iGS+ to work with my cable modem which has a 2.5gbps copper Ethernet connection. It is plug and play and negotiates to the 2.5gbps link with my cable modem. I haven't had any stability or heat issues. Great value and quality.

Rj45
I guess it would have worked great, had I ordered the right sfp module. Lol I needed the fiber connector not the rj45

Generic SFP+
Worked perfectly fine in both a brocade and a nicgiga switch at 10Gbps.

Great Module
Great module works absolutely flawlessly with UniFi systems including the WiFi 7 models. They do get a little worm but not as much as the cheaper modules. Connections stay consistent along with the speeds. Very impressive and extremely pleased with this module

Working great
I previously gave these a 1 star rating, as I couldn't get a link to come up at all. It was user error and my apology is in the form of a 5 star rating. Sorry 10g module guys, it was my mistake.

Easy plug-n-play, 10GB Ethernet fun, get SUPER hot—like, really super hot
I bought these to build out a small home network via 10GB fiber internet link for my wife and I who work from home. This includes one CAT 6 wired workstation, small NAS, and a couple media streaming devices. It’s far from a heavy use scenario as we do mild video conferencing with occasional multi-GB video file transfer.Despite this mild workload situation, the SFP+ plugs get really effing hot. I have to remove my finger tip on either plug after 5 seconds even if there’s little data transfer happening. During work day they get even hotter. I bought a 4in USB fan to run 24/7 over them and my switch. Even with that, 7 secs of touch is too hot.I don’t want to say it’s entirely these plugs though. My switch gets very warm too so there’s prolly a bit of a feedback loop happening. I read lots of other comments about excessive heat so hopefully these are meant to handle it. I’ve only been using them for less than month. Fine so far and I get 8.2Gbps down internet access at my workstation.

Great price for a quality module
Bought this for connecting my NAS to my UDM-SE and open something more than 1g or 2.5g speeds. Plugged in very easily (this should be expected with an SFP module; if not something is wrong) and has worked flawlessly for months. Some people mentioned it running hot, but that is to be expected with a copper 10g connection (one of the reasons I like fibre instead, but had no option here). I'm able to hold a finger on mine for a few seconds before it being fairly uncomfortable, so all is well. Cost was below what "big brand" modules would cost, but was perfectly compatible with my UDM-SE and the connection has been solid since day 1.
