Do these have a hard outer or are they the more flexible soft ones

They’ve a harder outer layer - just like the Scholl ones.

Hello, are these soft low density supports?

These are thin with a raised heel, you can buy cheaper but believe me they do not work. These are brilliant but you must change them for new after 12 months. I have them in all my shoes.

I am a male shoe size 8.5 to 9 will the 9 to 10.5 fit my shoe ? Plus what's the F stand for after 8.5

My shoe is 10.5 I purchased the Large size insole and it fits my shoe ,no problems.as for the F, I have no idea,could it be female

Has this got a thick heel support? Heal pain with flats.

I bought these for my son who has flat feet. He finds them most comfortable inserted into a pair of canvas baseball boots, or hightops. When he inserted them into shoes he wasn't as comfortable because the back of his heel rested higher than the back of the shoe, so I assume they must be quite thick at the heel. Hope this helps.
