I LOVE my Flanera! I this is so much easier for me and I can fit it in my air fryer too! If you make flan, I recommend your h buy one! My flan comes out so perfect and smooth in this!!

I purchased this flan maker back in Nov 2014. It might not be stainless steel but it still look the same as when i purchased it except some scratches from scrubbing burnt caramelized sugar. I like having the lockable lid, at approx 7 inches diameter & 2-3/4 inches height it fits perfect in my double steamer. Like the other reviewer i make the caramel directly in the pan on my stove at the lowest heat. Easy to clean and easy to flip flan for serving. I bought two and i highly recommend this product from this company and seller. This review is 100% based on my personal experience and did not receive any discount or compensation from amazon or from the seller.

Small piece of sharp metal detached from cover after my first use. It was pretty sharp and I almost cut my finger while washing it after the first use. It was a tiny piece of sharp metal in the other side of the cover handle. I washed it before using it, but I guess I missed it as I washed it with a sponge. It was very upsetting because this piece could have fallen into the already eaten flan. Please be careful if you order it and inspect it very well before your first use.

I don’t remember how many flan I thrown away before I use this flan maker!! I used to use the a conventional pot. My only problem is that I couldn’t stop going to the fridge to grab a piece until there was no more.. It didn’t last even 2 days! 😭😭😭 Then I repeated to myself 1,000 times. Do not make another flan in the next 2 month!

I bought this flanera so I could start making my own flan, which I had never done before, and let me just tell you that it made it so much easier to make flan. I’m a beginner when it comes to baking and it came out perfect! I LOVE the little handle on the top. Makes it easy to take the flanera in and out. I only wish it was bigger so I could make bigger flans!

Small enough for 2 people I will have to name several of them to feed the family it doesn’t have instructions or recommendations on how to use it
