It has quite the array of minerals and trace elements, but the largest in quantity contained in the package is potassium, which is good. Some have stated that it is more salty than lmnt, which is impossible according to the laws of thermodynamics and basic physics. If you can do elementary math and ratios, you will see that it contains far more potassium relative to sodium, while lmnt has far more sodium relative to potassium. You don't even have to buy the product to find this out, the nutrition labels are available in the Amazon listings. Lmnt is not a good product for me because it contains too much salt relative to the rest of the minerals, and I get enough salt in my diet from food. This product called fasting electrolytes, I take it even though I'm not fasting. The extra potassium and magnesium help keep me from developing muscle cramps especially at night. The taste is not particularly good, it's just minerals and no sweeteners. But I add in small amounts to my lemon water throughout the day, or a little bit in my coffee. I'm pleased with the product, and will continue to order.

I'm on my third bag and will continue to reorder. First taste can be pretty rough, so ease into it. By the time I had used a quarter of my first bag, I was used to the taste and actually liking it, now I want it if I forget to take it, and if I still don't drop everything and do it, I tend to run out of energy. I drink it in plain water, but also in my chai. Highly recommended for anyone, fasting or not. This is the only electrolyte supplement that I've found that comes from pure and bioavailable sources and is compromised of the proper balance of potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium in amounts that will satisfy human daily requirements. Did you know that humans require 4,700 mg/day of potassium? Now you do.

I have been drinking at leazt 48oz of water with two scoops of this electrolyte every morning right after i wake up. It tastes like lightly salted water and i've come to really enjoy it to start my day. It keeps my night leg cramps away (as long as i don't overdo the sugar during the day). Interesting note though, as i got a sore throat every winter along with everyone around me, this past year of this daily salted drink i have sailed through with not one instance of sore throat! If you'd rather taste sweetness or flavor in your electrolytes, this drink is not for you. But if you're not picky, this one has great benefits.

This tastes awful. After reading all the positive reviews about adding it to food, I tried that. Both of my kids (teen and preteen) asked what was wrong with the food right away. It has an odd taste and CANNOT be used as a salt substitute like reviews claim. I'm actually baffled by the reviews. I tried to give it away to two friends and neither wanted it after tasting. I threw away a very expensive product and am very bummed.

I am keto and its hard to get a balance of the electrolytes with some of my pre-existing issues. These do the trick. No they don't taste good but if you are a seasoned fasting warrior like myself this is exactly what you want, no flavoring and no sweetner, just sea water. Took away my headaches, brain fog and fatigue within the first few glasses. You get used to the taste if you dilute it properly. Squeeze of lemon or apple cider vinegar helps too.

Overall great fasting supplement. It takes very little of the product and is easiest adjustable to make it less salty if needed. It dissolves easily in water. The customer service was even better. They were very responsive and quick to solve an issue we had which is greatly appreciated. Recommend this product if you are looking for a fasting electrolyte supplement.

I love these fasting electrolytes! I don’t fast very often and so I just use this instead of salt when I cook. It tastes just like salt, though you need to use more of it for the same saltiness. It’s an easy way to get all your electrolytes.

I'm sure it works ok, but it tastes like drinking ocean water. Yuk!
