Perfect! Used this to mask some delicate paintwork and got a perfect straight line. Didn’t remove any paint like the green version did. My go to tape for masking in the future.

Bought to create nice straight lines for a painting project. The walls are notorious for flaking off with tape, so opted for the "delicate" version. While it did work slightly better, some areas did still flake off with the tape upon removal. Definitely better than the standard frog tape, but still not perfect.

I bought this Frog Tape as I was painting doors with glass panels and wanted to keep the clean up after to a minimum. I also used it from some wall edges for a clean finish, particularly between 2 different colours. It sticks well and removes easily without pulling paint or leaving residue behind, which is ideal for delicate or freshly painted areas. I found it a little tricky to apply in the exact place I needed, but I think this is more down to the job I was doing and the user. It is quite easy to reposition if needed though and I would recommend removing while the paint is still wet. It did what I needed it to do and helped achieve a neat finish as well as contained a good amount to cover all of the job I needed to do. A bit more expensive than basic masking tape, but worth it for the clean results.

It does what it says…….no bleed thru & doesn’t damage existing Finnish.

So much for 60 days clean removal. I normally don't use tape because I can get a good edge with the right brush, but I wanted a really sharp line this time, and I didn't want to take any chances with the recently-applied emulsion, so I bought the tape for delicate surfaces. But I ended up needing to touch up areas where it lifted paint and left residue. The tape was put on standard Dulux matt that had been applied to sound and properly prepared walls a couple of weeks earlier, and then I used Dulux quick-dry eggshell on adjacent woodwork. The tape came off cleanly in most places and there was no bleed under it, but in others it lifted paint, and where I'd used it to just secure something on a wall, it left a visible residue. That didn't come off, so I had to rub down and repaint that as well. I've gone back to painting edges freehand now because it's just faster and easier. Trivia point: the description says washi tape, but it sounds like it has a different adhesive to the crafting variety. I used Japanese-made washi tape as a substitute once when I ran out of regular white masking tape, and that really does come off cleanly, no matter what the surface is. It feels like a much lower tack to me. But it's prohibitively expensive to do a whole room with it.

A wide tape with good adherence, I use this to tape oil painting paper to a support board. It holds the paper well to the board, even when the paper buckles a bit when it is wet with paint. Narrower tapes with less "tack" don't hold oil painting paper down well at all.

Conclusión: Sigue siendo la cinta que desea si desea proteger los acabados y proteger las superficies delicadas sin problemas de que puede arrancar la pintura. Dit is de slechtste afplakband die ik ooit heb gehad voor gevoelige oppervlakten. Bij het gebruik trok de tape verf die een week geleden op de muur was geschilderd er gewoon af. Dit is absoluut frustrerend, vooral omdat je verwacht dat een product specifiek voor gevoelige oppervlakken dit probleem voorkomt. Ik had nog zo alles netjes afgewerkt afgeplakt, kaarsrecht. Om na het verwijderen van de tape een grote teleurstelling te zien. Daarnaast kan ik bevestigen dat er geen sprake is van dat de tape de verf tegenhoudt onder de tape, waardoor er geen rechte lijnen ontstaan. De randen zijn onscherp en dat is precies wat je niet wilt hebben bij een schilderproject. Al met al is dit een absoluut slecht product. Het voldoet totaal niet aan wat er op de verpakking staat en ik zou het niet aanraden. Bespaar jezelf de teleurstelling en zoek naar een betere optie!. Ik had een vorige keer de roze van tessa, die haalde geen verf van de muur en met deze had ik wel strakke lijnen.
