Robust Large Smart Delivery Lock Box "Package Theft Prevention" with a Smart Bluetooth Lock, Great for Outdoor Patios and Porches to Keep Your Packages and Deliveries Safe

UPDATE:The company reached out to me and assured me they’d work to make this right as I must have received a fluke component in my original shipment. They verified which unit I had purchased and PROMPTLY sent a replacement electronic keypad! 👍👍 Two thumbs up for excellent customer service and revised review to 5 Stars. Thanks so much:-)********************The box is really great. The problem is the electronic keypad. It malfunctions after only 6-8 weeks of use. I’d be happy to update this rating if I hear back from Customer Service with a solution.

This is a very solid unit! I put it to the test personally to see how secure it was for the “plastic” vaults and I can honestly say I was shocked. I expected it to be somewhat brittle and easy to get into. To my surprise it is very rigid and sturdy once fully assembled! I feel much better knowing my packages won’t be sitting outside of my office anymore.

Instructions were easy to follow. It’s pretty big, but light enough to carry outside if needed. It came very well packed. I decided to glue mine right to the ground and it seems to be working out great. Materials are very sturdy.

The box is pretty sturdy, and easy to assemble. It's not high security, but it's good enough to hold up and deter crimes of convenience. The lock programming is easy and the App works well.HOWEVER... The lock mechanism, latch and lid are terrible! They need to redesign how it physically locks or redesign the lid. Because the lock is not captured in the latch, all you have to do is push the lid left and the box is open. It's so easy that I do this rather than type the code in. This is also possible because the lid is very flexible. There's really no point to the lock. I am hoping that it deters thieves because it looks secure. If they actually try it they will be able to get in easy. I don't know why the words "Vault" and "Robust" are in the title.

This is an affordable box for most sized deliveries to prevent walk up theft. Since purchase I haven't had any packages stolen that were placed inside the vault. That being said, I had to really tweak the lock so that a simple pull didn't open the box. The lock is cheap plastic and you really need to work to make it seat right. Even if it is seated perfect, someone could yank little more than a light tug and it will open. I think the design could improve with a better lock.
