TP Holder-Matte Black

This has been amazing from preventing my cats from destroying the toilet paper. I nailed it into the wall and it's been super sturdy!

I love the feature that the toilet paper can be dispensed without touching the roll which immensely cuts down on spread of germs. I also like the compactness of the holder which made it easier for placement in my small bathroom. The problem I had in using the dispenser was placing a roll of toilet paper onto the roll holder inside of the receptacle was easy enough since roll holder folded to allow such. However, I had a difficult time removing the roll from the holder. I realize that once the roll is depleted it will be less troublesome to remove the empty roll. Sorry I cannot share a picture at this time because I plan to paint the holder before installing it. But so far I am happy with it.

We bought this for our camper because our toilet is in the shower. It works to shield the paper from water but it can be difficult to unroll (maybe this is a good thing because it makes me cut down on the amount of paper I am willing to coax out of it! I find it works better with smaller, not pillowy, rolls. It is very sturdy and attractive and even though we put it up with adhesive instead of screws, it has stayed securely affixed to the wall.

Works well enough to keep the cat from messing with the roll lol but be careful with which TP you buy. The charmin from Costco fits fine after it’s rolled out a bit but the bigger rolls from elsewhere where just get stuck. As well the clips inside that hold the TP roll in place sometimes snag on a not fully circular roll and you’ll have to open it to readjust the roll. Mainly bought to cause of the cat though haha.

Keeps the cat out of the toilet paper. Kinda looks like buns though unless you like big bulky things

Definitely keep one in the chamber for back up and one on top. I got this to keep the cats from getting in trouble.

This installs easily. Comes with all the required bits. Looks ok sorta. The problem is function. If you use a large roll, the flat bits that hold the roll in, catch and the paper will tear, rendering getting a proper piece impossible. Just tons of shredded small pieces. If the roll is almost gone, the little flaps dont hold the roll and it will pop off the flaps and either become stuck or roll out tons more than you need. The teeth are supposed to rip the paper but they dont catch the paper and will instead end up stabbing you sometimes. Although not painful, i could see someone getting hurt if not paying attention. A simple fix could resolve this but it takes a redesign. Tldr: it rips the paper when full and spits the paper out when low, only works right when at that perfect medium.

I got this to keep my goofy cats from attacking the TP , worked perfect ! Also good place to put your phone on top while showering . I'm going to buy another one for my hall bathroom as well, work great !

Now we don’t have to worry about the cats getting in to the toilet paper when the bathroom door is open. This was the main reason for getting it. It is easy to use and easy to fix up. I did have trouble getting it to tear the paper, but it was the first time I used it. But it’s not hard to tear the paper by hand like normal.

3 stars for doing the job it was meant to do! Some Cons -its flimsy so the box for a little crooked which makes the flap crooked too -doesnt hold paper roller very well. Keeps coming off - not high quality stainless steel, we get water marks and dust collecting that's pretty obvious vs our trash bin that's also stainless steel. Pros: - can mount with adhesive or screw. Removing adhesive didn't damage our countertop which is good -stops cat from total annihilation!
