I use this under a 100% cotton bedsheet. To connect it to earth I lay it over an earthing mat. Although the earthing mat would probably be sufficient on its own, I wanted a larger area and its definitely made a difference. The first night I had lots of vivid dreams but that settled down and now I have the most amazing deep sleep.It does need hemming at the edges to stop it fraying. I washed it by hand and it dried by itself within an hour or so.Much better value than the fitted sheets. Fantastic.
