The camera is not being found and taking power over the network.
The camera does not turn on via the ethernet cable i had to plug it in to get the green light up. The software to install it was not given in the package. There was no CD. The instructions are incredibly small and you need multiple sets of glasses to read them. On downloading software from the internet (not necessarily the right version) it cannot find the camera. On using Xeoma as an alternative it also cannot find the camera. I purchased THIS camera because of the good reviews and because i thought that if the camera was cabled into the network (at the moment it is cabled directly to the router) then it would be easy for the software to find! I cannot see any way to contact the seller for help.
