Good beginner gift
I like the product. A good beginner for young kids. It was worth the money

Cute but difficult, not for beginners
Project is printed on the canvas. It’s not true counted cross stitch. The canvas is very stiff AND the printing doesn’t line up with the holes.

Good beginner set for kids
Cute beginner cross-stitch kit. Contains everything you need. The lighter color in the patterns is difficult to see.

So much fun -great for beginners
I’m doing these with my nieces and they’re having a lot of fun. They’re smaller so doesn’t take forever to complete and look really nice when finished

Harder than the counted cross stitch I did in middle school
The dye is too dark, it makes it hard to really see what you are doing, the instructions are very poor. We googled others and went with a different menthod since the normal X stitch I used was too hard and crowded on this pattern and fabric. It would help if they gave the needle size to buy replacements.Putting the hoop around it is a pain! Most definitely way to large to put on a backpack and then you have to make sure it's torqued tight or make sure it stays tightened. They make cute gifts

A way to begin
This worked well for a manageable first project, without having to count as well as learn to cross stitch. I wish the thread count had been included in the product description; it would have made it easier for Grandma to know what to expect.

Amusing
Good idea to keep the kids busy. Looks cute when completed . But it's a bit difficult for a child anyway.

Not good for beginners
Bought this for my kids. Would not recommend. There is not a patten to follow on a card or paper. The pattern is on the Aida, which is small and thick, so needle and thread do not flow smooth. Shaded pattern on Aida also block the sewing holes, making them hard to see.
