These bookmarks are beautiful and are made of good quality cardstock. Delighted to have them and will use some for gifts.

I used volunteer as a "picture parent" at my child's elementary school, which involved me coming into the classroom once a month to talk to the students about an artist and some of his/her paintings. We would then do an activity related to the artist. I liked to end my presentation by passing out a treat or trinket that related to the artist as well. These bookmarks made a great little handout to give to the students. Besides Degas, there are other artist bookmarks available, including Van Gogh, Cassatt, and Monet, among others. Each little booklet contains 12 bookmarks which need to be separated at the perforations. At less than 20 cents per bookmark, you can't beat the price. Dover Publications, the publisher, also makes booklets with art related stickers and tattoos, but I found the bookmarks to be the most practical for the students.

These book marks, and the others like it, are he best kept secret on Amazon! They are so inexpensive, yet such a great value. You get a book full of colorful bookmarks that you can perforate and take out to use. The artwork is beautiful. These make such a nice gift to send with a birthday card. The whole book fits in a card nicely. These would make nice stocking stuffers, or teacher gifts. At this price you could purchase multiple sets to have on hand. I highly recommend this product!

I bought these to fill out the last few dollars I needed in my cart for the free shipping. They are very nice, but as enlarged details from a painting, the images are sometimes blurry... which I didn't mind, because it works alright with the style. My only compaint is the white borders around them. I cut all of them off, they made the bookmarks look cheap. They have a very nice, shiny finish, but I also recommend coating them with laminating paper. I do that with all my bookmarks and they last much longer and resist water damage.

these were so cute I didn’t wanna take them out of the book! I loved degas art and a saw these and KNEW I needed to have them. They’re so pretty and perfect for books or even just decor!!

I originally came across these when I was trying to get my total up to reach the free shipping mark. I was looking for just any bookmark, but then saw these. For the price of less than one thick, fancy bookmark, I got twelve beautiful ones. Sure they're thinner, but I actually think many bookmarks are too thick so they end up falling out of the book, and I had been trying to find thinner ones for a while, but didn't even know if they existed. Of course, I wouldn't recommend these for unusually thick books, like dictionaries, art books, etc. But for your average book, they do. You could always glue two together, to make one thicker one, or laminate them, etc. to extend the use. But they've been good for me as is. I also got the Tiffany ones which are great too. Plan on getting some more too. Oh, and the pictures are lovely.
