- Setup was straight forward. - Clarity is good. - Battery is good and lasts all night solar pannel charges battery within an hour or so with full sunlight. - App is simple and intuitive to use. - PTZ works as advertised. - Person detection and push notifications work flawless. I would have liked to have an option to not send notification at spefic time but it's not a deal breaker. - inbuilt speaker could have been slightly louder to make a call to the camera but works without glitch nonetheless. - night clarity is pretty good upto 30 feet. Inbuilt IR is pretty powerful for night recording - 1 week of usage. I hope the material used lasts over the years to come from the rough outdoor weather conditions it has to endure. - Plus "make in India". - it's a good idea to fabricate some sort of hat to protect the camera from sun and rain. In the process of making it. Overall - no annoying flaws came across. Does it's job perfectly and I'm satisfied with it.

Bought this product a month ago. And have installed it and used it since a month. Easy to install. Simple and effective. Nothing complicated. Its is not everything what it is supposed to do. I brought the product for remote surveillance at my farm. And I have partly achieved it. Can it be better? Yes the software can definitely fine tuned. Lastly, but more importantly I rate the customer service as Excellent. Initially, had an issue with the recording and the customer service at 8.30 pm were able to work with me to resolve and provide the right advice and solution. They followed up and ensured I had the right solution and the product was working fine. They took control and fixed it. Learning: Before you put the memory card inside the slot, please format it on your laptop. Update: The software is not capturing the video but only the snapshot and it does sporadically. They gave me a 3 month cloud subscription free. Even then the video is not being captured. The motion sensitivity varies. The customer support is now sharing that I need to change the SIM to a different network provider. Will further update as I move forward.

Product looks and built quality is good but there are lot of bugs while using the camera on app. It is not recording the video continuously and sometimes playback is showing on app however most of the time playback is not showing on app when required which makes this camera useless and not surved the purpose. Support person behaviour also not good when I have described the issue and not got any solution till now. We can't return the product also. Hardly we can pay 3-5k for this product otherwise waste of money.

Please don't hesitate to buy this amazing product! So easy to setup and runs flawlessly on my plot of land that has no electricity! The solar panel, the integrated battery and the camera work flawlessly 24hrs a day. It's got microsd card support. Runs on 4glte and I can check my site night and day. The night vision is amazing! The camera moves left and right and up and down and also gives alerts for intrusions. Trueview has truly made an excellent product! Amazing!

Edited review after 3 years. All is okay as far as clarity is concerned. Customer service is very slow to respond. Cloud storage is really bad. Trying to make payment and it gives only one answer at OTP point "this page is wrong" . Tried with multiple cards same response. Company has not updated payment page since 3 years. Same problem. Company wants your username and password to update it. Why would anyone want to share their username and password with unknown people? After 3 years my opinion dont buy if you want cloud storage. Its useless. Also sometimes it misses big objects completely, you know they came but its not there in the recording at all. I ahbe started using only memory cards. This was bought for backup of a camera gone bad. I have 6 cameras of the same company. I like service backup of trueview but cloud storage is a strictly no no. Buy only cloud storage of full cost because only that works, rest are all useless, 1st year I had fully paid storage and it worked okay, next year I took 7 and 3 days motion only because constant recording took up battery very fast. And it hardly works, total waste of money. Now onwards I'm using only memory cards. Service backup is good of trueview than most other famous cctv manufacturers. Clarity is fantastic. Audio is bad, it goes kaput after 2 years, just stops. 2 way communication is not good. Works well in dusty conditions. Solar panels need to be bigger and so does the battery backup better.
