KJV, Thompson Chain-Reference Bible, Genuine Leather, Calfskin, Brown, Red Letter, Comfort Print

Beautiful binding of the classic Thompson chain. The only downside is that the premium leather is so thin the local store refused to imprint it, saying the leather would probably burn.

I have a 6 year old Bible that endured a ton of use and doesnt look nearly this bad. It looks like the bible was kept in a location of extremely high humidity. Be aware of this paper quality issue. It may be just with this seller or Amazon in general. I ordered a replacement and the one they sent me was even worse. I'm thinking it could be from the way it was kept in storage. Just seems odd for a bible that was printed just a few months ago. I'll be sending it back for a refund.

I already have the Goat Skin version of the TCR KJV. This one would be my daily Bible. It is Red Letter 9.5 fonts which is very comfortable to read. Printed in China, thinner paper compared to the Goat Skin version, lighter and smaller for hand held. Each line is 6-7 word count on 2 central page column for an easy reading without any obstruction from the turning page end. Best to read on a table with proper reading lamp.
