Don't know the exact measurement but I got this for my daughter to do choux pastry eclairs for her GCSE exam. Ideal for piping them if that helps.

this nozzle is XL which is one size larger than a Wilton 1M nozzles come in 3 sizes standard large and XL

Will this work for making churros?

I think this might be a bit wide for churros. The 866 is probably a better size as they will expand when fried.
