Fantastic support. I was not sure about using such an item around my babies neck however now I have used it it is brilliant. I use a backpack style carrier and with my 7 month old and when he falls asleep there is very little support for his head. Using this with the weight keeps his head very well supported and the design keeps his airways completely unobstructed. It also adds an extra level of side support when opened and the 2 halves hang beside him. I would highly recommend this product

Excellent head and neck support for the bike seat however easily installed and used on all other seats and carries. Done research on neck support for childs bike seats and although its not the cheapest you get what you pay for which is a high quality neck support that is practical.

Generally excellent design and quality of product. We gave it four stars because the straps which connect the support to the dangling sandbag (we had to use that attachment method with our particular car seat) aren't long enough, and as a result I had to sew extensions to fasten it a bit lower.We got this when our baby was 6 months old and went into the bigger sort of car seat, and it's enabled us to relax when driving because her neck is really well supported, and it means she sleeps all the time in the car now. We've done some big drives, like to the south of France, and could not have managed without this product.

Has scratched my baby’s face.Not practical at all to use!!!!!Very expensive for what it is.

Little one loves sleeping in the car and this really solve the problem of bopping head

Not suitable for very young babies as babies don’t tend to have any room in their neck area for this. I tried it with my baby and it just covered his mouth.

Basically I wasted my money
