French All-in-One For Dummies, with CD

Exactly what a student needs. Concise, easy reading. Excellent. Would recommend.

Working for a company where our head office is in France they offered the staff the opportunity to learn French. I had back in the 80's learned French at school, but have over the years forgotten so much so thought it would be a great opportunity as I we do go skiing to France and thought knowing some basics of the language would be good to know. The book arrived on time and well packaged. It is an easy book to use and I have felt this has aided in my re-introduction to learning the language. The introductory classes were for a period of 10 weeks, so although they have finished I've carried on using the book to help with my learning French. The disc that accompanies the book is also very useful as you can hear how the words are spoken. I can ask for basic's in a shop, and hope that will more practice I'll be able to have some sort of conversation. Would recommend this book to anyone who wishes to learn the basics as this is a good place to start.

Easy to use, helpful and useful! Still not fluent but it helps to get around if you put the effort

Handy book to fall back on To delve into Prompt delivery and I think good value for money

haven't had time to have a good look at this but hopefully it will help me learn French

1. The book is big, contents are satisfactory very comprehensive and my kid thought it was great when she started flipping the pages and then couldnt stop! 2. Great pictures and explanations (havent go to the CD yet but i think that should be good too) 3. Delivery was super fast and in great condition!

I can’t visit France with a bit more confidence

I ordered this French for Dummies book because the ‘complete edition’ was cheaper than buying all the other books separately. However, it is extremely large and cumbersome, and I’m unable to take it places when I want to go and study French. Which is why we therefore recommend the individual additions which can work on separately and take easily with you.

Es muy bueno, buenas bases del francés, la verdad si siento que he aprendido, si tú eres de hacer ejercicios manuales, no creo que sea tu libro, en cambio si eres como yo que lo lees y posteriormente escuchas audios sin necesidad de escribir tanto porque tienes buen autoaprendizaje creo que es ideal para ti, buen libro, es grueso y algo grandesito eso sí, se parece aprox... En tamaño a un libro mediano, de 3 dedos de grueso
