These tablets are effective in helping weight loss but only if all other principles from the " fat around the middle" book are followed.

within a day of taking these tablets, I felt quite unwell and had terrible indigestion. I stuck with them for a week but the impact on my daily life was too much.

Can't stand the smell
Smells so bad! I can't take these as every time I open the pot the smell makes me want to gag. Not sure if all amino acid supplements smell bad though?
