Collection of five films written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. 'Reservoir Dogs' (1992) is set during the aftermath of a robbery which has gone violently wrong. Harvey Keitel, Michael Madsen, Tim Roth and Steve Buscemi are amongst the stars making up the team of robbers, Mr White, Mr Blonde, Mr Orange and Mr Pink, who meet at a warehouse after the failed heist and attempt to work out who is to blame. In 'Jackie Brown' (1997) air stewardess Jackie Brown (Pam Grier) smuggles money on the side for gunrunner Ordell Robbie (Samuel L. Jackson). When she is caught with $50,000 and a consignment of cocaine, she makes a deal with Ordell: if convicted, she will not shop him as long as he pays her $100,000. Meanwhile Jackie also makes a deal with the cops, promising to help convict Ordell, and enlists the help of bail bond man Max Cherry (Robert Forster) in a daring attempt to outwit both the police and Ordell. 'Pulp Fiction' (1994) melds three dime-store stories set in lowlife LA into one cohesive thriller. Butch (Bruce Willis) is an over-the-hill boxer paid to take a fall, who instead does a runner with mobster Merselius (Ving Rhames)'s money. Meanwhile, Vincent Vega (John Travolta) and Jules Winfield (Jackson) are two hitmen who aren't having the easiest of mornings, and Pumpkin and Honey Bunny (Roth and Amanda Plummer) are two would-be bank robbers who are planning a heist in a restaurant. In 'Kill Bill: Volume 1' (2003), Uma Thurman stars as The Bride, one-fifth of a team of assassins called DiVAS. When she decides to get married and leave the outfit her boss, Bill (David Carradine), is not a happy man and gets her former colleagues to show up at the wedding; leaving behind a blood bath and The Bride shot in the head. Four years later, The Bride sets out on a journey of revenge. In 'Kill Bill: Volume 2' (2004), having dispensed with some of her former colleagues, The Bride (Thurman) resumes her quest for justice. She now has two remaining foes on her 'Death List', Budd (Madsen) and Elle Driver (Daryl Hannah) - before she moves on to her ultimate goal - to kill Bill (Carradine).

Absolutely fantastic!
First time watching these 5 Tarantino films having only watch Django before now - man do they not dissapoint. This is a great selection, my favourites definitely being Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction although the others are also fantastic. For long time fans of Tarantino or people who have never seen a single one of his films, this is well worth a purchase.

Great for QT fans....Good value. Watch out for menu which keeps appearing to default to Deutch.....worked it eventually.

Excellent boxset - films packaged in seperate cases
I won't bother reviewing the films themselves, if you're looking at this boxset you've probably already made your mind up on that front. Each film is packaged in it's own separate full sized Blu Ray case, all enclosed in an outer card case. As I'm one of those anally retentive geeks who insists on Blu Rays / DVDs being in alphabetical order. the separate packaging is essential for me.The quality of the transfers is excellent in all cases, well worth the upgrade from DVD.

Great Set of DVDs
I have avoided Quentin Tarantino before as I thought it was all violence. Having watched Kill Bill, I decided that there was a lot more to them. His films are really gripping. I'd never even heard of Jackie Brown, but it is brilliant, as are all the others. I'm really glad I brought this set.

Essential for any Tarantino fan....who doesn't already own them!
This is not a review of the films, that would take too long!As a physical media first fan, this is an essential purchase for anyone who doesn't already own them or wants them in a nice box. For the price, this can't be avoided. The collection has the most up to date releases of the films.

Great stuff - You won't be disappointed.
Pay no attention to numpties who say certain discs are in German only - they clearly are incapable of selecting English language at the root menu ! Excellent collection and a must for any Tarantino fan.
