Great mudguard, good shape, high quality rigid plastic which makes it strong and durable. The bolt holes didn't match up to the ones on my bike, but the included rubber fitting system worked just as well. The only downside is that the mud guard is easy to remove from the bike when using the rubbers which is an issue for me, As i am a city rider worried about theft. To help this i have added zipties through the elastics and mudguard threads to make it more of a pain for an opportunist theif.

Great mudguard, works as expected

After buying a new bike a Python Rock Mountain bike, recently i saw i had no front mud guard, so i thought for one long ride one afternoon see how much mud i picked up was not a lot but thought i best get one as this time of year mud will be more widespread, so i looked around a few places n coming back to Amazon.I saw this and it looked ok, universal fitting so thought its a mudguard what can go wrong nothing strap on the rubber ties under mud guard over the frame and back under but after resting the straps over my frame the straps were too short to reach over and down to the mud guard even tho it says on the back of the packaging suitable for all frames, thankfully i had good old cable ties on and longer than the supplied straps and slid the ties through the mud guard holes and round my frame with ease and then a quick snip to cut off the excess plastic and secure fitting so only for that reason i have given it 4 stars the short rubber straps,other than that i am happy with it

Keeps me dry

Good product, good quality But Make sure your bicycle's bar are cylindric as mine is not and the mudguard didn't fit.

Fits well, easy to set up and does the job. The mudguard is raised so it avoids squashing the gear & brake cables. Really good value.

This product is great for keeping the mud and wet of your chain and (most importantly) feet. However, I prefer to use it along with a full front mud guard - I wouldn't recommend it as a full mudguard in itself, it's more of a compliment for a full mudguard. It's easy to fit and fits well on the frame - not getting in the way of pedals or feet or anything. Also good tough material, so can survive a bash. Highly recommended.

Good quality product. Only problem is the straps provided are a bit too short to go around my bike frame.

I've had this for about 18 months now. Despite the fact that I think it was intended for an MTB size wheel and a thin chromoly down tube, I gambled on using it with a fat aluminum frame and 29" wheels. While the downtube won't fit into the groove, this is not noticeable and doesn't seem to cause any problems. It does not slip or vibrate. It is less hassle than most fenders I've ever had. The two rubber straps hold it on very firmly (I don't think I've ever had to adjust them) and I am spared getting wet and dirty. It's also very simple to install. \O/
