In the world of cosplay (with no aspersions on those for whom a prosthetic hand is a necessity), there comes a time when a hook needs to replace a hand ... over the years (when living in Key West) my pirate persona needed such. So, I have had many. This latest one is the most comfortable one yet - easily held and looking close enough for piracy.

I have fairly long fingers so it was a bit short to hold but I was still able to hold it with majority of my hand covered!!!I was worried it would be too small to wear for an adult but it was great! I did my own twist on “Foxy” from FNAF for Halloween and this was the perfect accessory!

It’s plastic. It’s cheap. The pieces are a bit loose. It did the job. We used it for my son’s Five Nights at Freddy’s costume. I’m giving it five stars because I didn’t expect much from it.I gave it three stars on sturdiness because you can’t really pick anything up with it. Then again, I didn’t expect it to do much. It was just for his costume.

The size of this is more for kids, teenager at best. Too small for an adult.
