I suffer from mouth ulcers and after some research it recommended usinga toothpaste free from SLS. So I bought this one and I have to say in the 3 weeks of using it I havent had a single ulcerIts has a thick texture and ocassionally I've noticed a few tiny lumpy bits ( hence 4 stars not 5 ) but I dont mind that, it leaves my my mouth fresh and my teeth clean. It's a little pricey but it's worth it not to have any ulcers

Oh. My. Word.This toothpaste is just awesome!! All my life I was getting big nasty mouth ulcers all the time, literally. Every day I had one or more!So a few months ago I delved deeper to discover I was allergic to Sodium Lauryth Sulfate, a horrible gelling powder used in toothpastes, shampoos, body wash, basically the gelatine outside of food talk.The thing is there's lots of choices for SLS free toothpaste but I've tried lots and none are as good as this! Fresh crisp minty flavour 😍 (If you don't like mint you can stop reading) , it acts like a mouthwash too! It leaves your breath smelling good all night long! And the best one is there's no horrid chemicals at all, just mint, some food grade essential oils, some seed paste, and that's all! Tip: pair up with charcoal bamboo brushes, we buy the family pack of eight from another seller on Amazon, super amazing and then you've got an organic biodegradable duo!!I know I sound like a hippie talking about how good it is for nature but with global warming you need what's good for Mother Earth! 😂😂😂Please buy it, it might be more expensive but if your allergic to SLS or you like an organic option it won't disappoint, I'm telling you this!

I noticed my teeth started whitening with a week of using this, was very impressed, flavour is fine too, but mouth was tingling, and started getting really sore ,after using for a few weeks had to stop, as it was unbearable,my teeth are slightly sensitive, but my daughters is not, and couldn’t even use it after five days, her gums were burning,So don’t know what it does to the actual tooth, would not recommend
