Helps so much with the pain
I’m currently dealing with toothache and have an awful fear of the dentist, so I brought the Orajel as a just in case I need it item!Well the past two days I have needed it while I try and get brave and try and get an elusive NHS dentist appointment. It works very quickly and you can feel it numbing your mouth. The main numbness lasts about 20 minutes but it keeps the pain right down for about 6 hours, at which you can then reapply it up to a maximum of 4 times a day (always read the leaflet).It comes in a little tube but a little really does go a long way it’s excellent value for money.

Works so well but doesn’t last very long so ended up using far more often than recommended to get enough relief. Does taste horrible to start with but worth it.

Best thing on the market.Gives you a good few hours of numbness,always reach for this with mouth ulcers,gives relief from toothache too.

Completely numb
Tastes absolutely horrendous. Had to wash my mouth out BUT even then it completely numbed my tongue and lips so if you are in pain it would be worth it. Just be prepared for the taste and use a very small amount.
