We have a south facing garden that we use in both the summer and whenever possible in the Winter also. I've bought shades in the past with a view using to use for Summer shade and the occasion escape from rain in the spring and autumn, but none have lasted.Really please to see that this shade is made from better quality fabric than other ones (of comparative price), the stitching and eyelets appear much more robust and I'm confident that it will last many years.It was really easy to put up, though will admit that we had some existing fitments.As mentioned we did a lot of research before buying (due to previous low quality shads having been bought) and this looks to be well established UK sail company with great positive customer feedback. Really also like to know that the products are sources from India, which gives me the reassurance of better quality.Really looking forward to putting the shade to use as summer builds.

Installation easy enough, does the job, however after three days up in good weather a one of the d rings snapped.

The sun shade sail was erected just in time for it to be tested with a downpour of rain. Unfortunately, the sail was leaking so I contacted customer services who immediately agreed to send out a replacement along with their sincere apologies.The replacement sail arived the following day and is now protecting us from both sun and rain.What an absolutely fantastic company with incredible customer service. I would thoroughly recommend them and their products.

the sail is waterproof and here lies a problem,it sags in the middle with the huge amount of water it collects.the product itself is good and strong but not for a wet British summer

We make a meal of fitting it and getting the tension right but to be fair we aren’t DIY folks. It works well and looks great we had little prob but the seller went above and beyond they respond very quickly and actually speak to you then follow up to make sure everything done

The D rings are not welded closed and the corner webbing is insubstantial so it slips into the gap in the d-rings and gets damaged in the wind.UPDATE.following the above review the seller volunteered to replace this FOC and confirmed unwelded d-rings was a QC flaw. I still think the webbing at the corners is a bit insubstantial but I have a new shade to test out next time the weather is good.

We are very happy with the sail. It replaces another which was not waterproof. So it does what we need it to do and looks great. It is one of the bigger sails, 3m by 4m, so it needs to be tightly secured for when the wind catches it. Also, the fabric is waterproof, so make sure the sail slopes sufficiently to allow the water to run off. The bigger sail will bulge and droop quite alarmingly if the water can't escape.Customer service provided a replacement without question when we reported an issue, which deserves top marks these days. Many thanks.

The rings are not as thick as previous and they are not welded so they keep pulling apart and are not holding the Sao shade in place. Very disappointing as our last one from same company lasted 5 years.

Great quality, did the job! It's a lot bigger than I thought! Don't forget to order hardware for it (hooks). Rain did collect on it as the night went on, but there was a lot of rain and I wasn't surprised that it held it. However, one hit with the yard brush and the water all came out the side like a waterfall - much delight to all the kids!

Wie haben es als Sonnenschutz auf unserer Terasse und sind sehr zufrieden. Gute Verarbeitung und es bringt uns ein schattiges Plätzchen. Ob es wasserdicht ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir ein Dach darüber haben.
