I've been ordering both light and dark versions of this blue agave for years and years. I've just never been able to find anything priced better or tasting better anywhere either on Amazon or the supermarket.I've already given a review but I'm not sure if it was the other version, they're both awesome. The only shipping issue over the years of 100 bottles or so was the cap of one bottle had busted open and there was no issue getting a refund.This is great stuff I use it for everything cooking and yogurt and drinks and just everything, it's really good agave and for me even though I love them both it's pretty much replaced honey and maple syrup it's just nice and neutral and highly useful in all situations.

I'm not particularly picky about my agave, as long as it's affordable. I make a lot of Sun tea and this is how I choose to sweeten my tea. I've been doing it this way for twelve years, at least. This price point and size is perfect and will keep me coming back for sure.I just purchased and/recieved this today. Unfortunately, the two pack arrived and the box had seen better days and was very taped up. Upon opening, one of the bottles had leaked because the lid was cracked and damaged and the seal popped. It was not the end of the world, but this is a non returnable item, so I had to reach out to support who did an amazing job in helping resolve this issue. In no way is it the product's fault. I love the agave and will use the one that made it intact.

I use Madhava Organic Blue Agave Nectar Golden Light primarily as a sweetener for my coffee and tea. I do not notice any taste difference using this product instead of refined white table sugar. It has a Low Glycemic Index, is USDA Organic, Gluten Free, Non GMO, Kosher and Vegan. It can be used in baking in place of sugar with a minor reduction of other liquids in the recipe.As a diabetic, the low Glycemic Index or “GI” of Agave is my number one reason for using it.Stevia= 0Agave= 15Honey= 50Sugar = 68GI refers to how quickly a food causes your blood sugar level to rise. As a “light and sweet” coffee drinker, choosing agave over sugar means my blood sugar no longer spikes every morning after I have my coffee. (I don’t like the taste of stevia, or any of the other low calorie sweeteners for that matter.)Agave is 1.4 times sweeter than sugar, so you use a bit less of it: 2 tsp Agave has the approximate sweetness of 3 tsp sugar. It’s important to note that using less agave to get the same sweetness of sugar makes only a slight difference in reducing your calorie and carb intake.3 tsp sugar= 48 calories, 12.6 carbs2 tsp agave= 40 calories, 10.6 carbs.Agave Nectar has a thin consistency, much easier to pour than honey, a little thinner than pancake syrup. Like table sugar, honey and maple syrup, Agave is still a form of sugar, and like all sugars, it should be consumed in moderation.The name “Golden Light” refers to the color, not the calories. Madhava also produces a “Raw Amber” version, with a flavor that leans slightly toward maple sugar. Amber is a bit darker in color: due to less filtering and processing it retains more of the natural salts and minerals. I’ve used it before, it’s slightly different in taste, but I do prefer the Golden Light version.With all products, read the ingredients/ labels. Madhava is 100% Agave, nothing is added to it. Watch out for other brands who may be adding corn syrup.Bottom line, Madhava Organic Golden Light Blue Agave has a low glycemic index, excellent flavor, tastes great in coffee with no after taste. I love this stuff. It's my understanding it doesn't raise your blood sugar as quickly as other sweeteners.
