Very sturdy, Does job well
Needed automatic hinges that shut our gates due to a pool. Open gate and it immediately closes. Not only perfect for pools since its required, but perfect for making sure gates close and pets or kids dont get out!

Great option for utility trailer gate and removable ramp setup
Bought these to replace broken hinges on a utility trailer gate. I also wanted an option that would allow me to remove the gate when needed for hauling longer loads, and these worked out very well. Installation was straightforward for anyone set up to weld them on, and once installed they lined up nicely and operated smoothly. The removable pin style makes it much more convenient than standard fixed hinges when you need flexibility with trailer use. They feel heavy duty and sturdy once mounted, with plenty of strength for a trailer ramp/gate application. Most of the reviews I saw were for driveway or yard gates, but they also worked great for a utility trailer setup. Overall, these were a solid upgrade and exactly what I was looking for.

Solid, heavy duty hinges
Ordered a pair for a gate I’m installing to replace an old wooden gate that sags and is difficult to open. I decided to build a metal frame and used metal square tube for the gate post. The hinges arrived promptly, I was surprised at how heavy they are. I figured they might be cheap but they actually feel like a quality product. The welds are well done and the are already painted. They come with a heavy duty ball bearing and grease fittings to keep them from binding. I welded these hinges on to the frame I built and expect them to last many years. I think you can’t beat the quality and value for the price and would order them again.
