Q: Does this also contain dropper for each bottle?

Yes...each bottle comes with a dropper packaged in cello in the box. It's a good deal.

Q: How many uses are in a 1oz. bottle?

cannot say how many uses as I haven't counted but you will get more than you expected from 1 oz. less than 2 full eyedropper fills will cover both nostrils. It is hard to just get 2 dropps in each nostril. the product works for me and keeps my nose empty.

Q: "Upright position with dropper bulb drained of product." So does that mean to store the dropper and the bottle separately?

Interesting question. I started off screwing the dropper onto the bottle. Looking at the instructions I would empty the dropper but screw it onto the bottle and store the bottle upright. That would prevent the product from reaching the rubber bulb which would be the concern of the manufacture. That's my understanding of the instructructions. The product works great. I use a CPAP and each morning before I used the emollient my morning mouth felt like it was left out on the desert floor, dry,dry. The emollient kept my mouth relivevly moist. Hope this answers your question and more.

Q: This is not a nasal spray so how do you apply it? I'm very curious why the company hasn't created a pump spray version yet???

It comes with a dropper (small version of a Turkey baister). You extract the ointment into the dropper from the bottle, tip your head back, and while breathing in through your nostrils squeeze ointment into nasal passage. I like to hold the other shut with my figure and do each one individually .
