A good, bright light but no good for security
Well built and solid feel. Our electrician fitted this half way up the gable end of the house to cover a gate and path. The light is clean and bright and would easily illuminate an intruder..... if it was triggered. The PIR really struggles to reach much past 2 meters and only then if you stand waving your arms around. The only way it works is to put it on the wall at head height, next to the path i wanted covered. Well within easy reach of an intruder.

Took a chance and it paid off.
Was going to order a very similar unit from Osram, after another unit from Osram was returned faulty. I saw this one and as it was 25% cheaper, thought it worth the risk. When I got it, im sure its from the same factory and Osram maybe just put their name on it.The instructions were very good and had words and pictures. Osram only had pictures and side by side can see that you need the words for some of the settings.Simple to install and operate. The lux setting was a bit hit and miss, but got there over a couple of days going out at different times to adjust it.The build feels very good and solid and the white colour works better then industrial black on my home. The light is being used for my patio, but can light the garden (12M) as a secondary light.Im glad the Osram was faulty as ive saved money and got a better colour

Decent lights that look good and should last
I got these to replace 2 halogen 150 watt spot lights. The power is supposed to be 200 watt, but is probably half that, certainly they are considerably dimmer than the lights they replace. However, they do look good, are just about bright enough and are small, so are unobtrusive. They can be adjusted from side to side and up and down, which is useful, and they have a wide range of time and light sensitively settings which is also good. replacing the old lights with these was very easy due to the lack of a wiring box inside the lights, it connects automatically instead.I can certainly recommend these, and hope that they last for a number of years.

Still going strong after a year of outdoor use. Plenty bright enough. I have two dual lamps front and back, and two single lamps, garage and side of house. All working perfectly

No-Brainer
Easy to install, cheap to run, very bright and effective, low maintenance because LED bulbs last far longer than halogens. Also the fact that they come in white or black makes them far less obtrusive than your bog standard black halogen flood. Expensive but pays for itself eventually through lower running costs.

Excellent LED security lights.
British branded - more expensive than many - but I've got at least 7 sets of which 5 have given trouble free operation for the past 3.5 years.

Recommended.
Brilliant, got one and the neighbour has two, excellent and cheap to run. The only bad point is the body on the back of the lamps, it tends to corrode and the coating bubble and blister after a couple of years use. Would also be nice if the sensor could be locked in position to stop the neighbour Stewart Carver from adjusting it for his own requirements - buy your own you tight Sod.

Very compact light that will look good when installed
Very compact light that will look good when installed. Unfortunately for me, the back box cannot be turned 180 degrees so can't be used where it is needed. Bought alternative from Amazon and installed that instead. Daughter will get this when she moves into new home.
