Does one size fit all and are they comfortable to use?

These picks were very large. They are man-sized, and adjustable, but not enough for lady fingers. If you have banana fingers, they would fit!

How do I know which size I need please ?

Unless you have very slim, small or large fingers I would go for medium size. The metal is soft enough to form the picks to the shape and size of individual fingers.

No, not really. Metal picks are not designed for nylon strings or classical guitar/flamenco arched wrist hand position. Instead try nail care - methodical use of nail file, nail strengthener etc., - failing that, false nails from a nail salon. If you Google 'guitar false nails' or some such, you will find many many other answers to the brittle nail problem. Good luck.
