Fist use itself the sponge came out the wiping rubber falls whenever we lift it cannot tighten the screws because there is no option left so fixed it with a temporary paper packing

Beware….About This Item text clearly states ‘Retractable handle extends 30” to 55”…”. Description data points say it extends to 35”. Neither of these claims are true. Max extension barely makes 29” reach. I purchased to use for small RV windshield….29” doesn’t allow full reach standing on the ground.

I use mine at home. It beats the service station windshield cleaners that are either worn out, in a bucket of filthy water, or have no liquid at all. Great product.

I liked the extendable handle but the rubber squeegee kept coming off.

This is built for light duty. The extension of the handle is held in place by a light friction ring of plastic making hard scrubbing extended a challenge.
