Good fit. Solid cushioning. Stil going strong.
Didn't even need to cut it, fit in snuggly.Expected it to have torn by now but it's pretty good. The edges have frayed slightly near the balls of the feet but that's pure aesthetic for now and honestly if I had bothered to cut it half a size it wouldn't have mattered anyway.The gel at the sole is actually bigger than the one inside my gel rocket 11 so that's a plus. Can definitely feel a renewed bounce that's for sure.Great value for the price.

Supporting insole
Good supporting insole. Using in sport shoes. Thought that they would take getting used to but no problems from day one.

Green part is solid plastic and made foot worst, after ripping that off gel was great

The best option for sports. My oldest son uses them to play Futbol. I recommend them 100%.

Awful for running
The padded bits are alright, but there's hard plastic that rises up the inside of your foot and digs in when doing any kind of exercise. Maybe they're better for working boots but avoid for any type of exercise shoes.
