Male Review First few days had no affect. But approaching 7 days it was a big noticeable improvements with frequency, urgency and flow. Biggest benefit after 7 days was not getting up 2-3 times each night. Now I can sleep 6-8 hours and wake up without urgency. Word of caution: I occasionally drank a couple of liquor drinks/beer and I was afraid to have one and ruin improvements. After a few weeks I had a couple again and was relieved that I had no increased frequency or urgency. BUT A FEW WEEKS AGO I DRANK 1.5 BOTTLES OF "COORS LT." (AND THERE'S A REASON IT WAS ALWAYS CALLED PISz WATER.) I was going to bathroom every 15 mins while at dinner with huge urgency, (I was afraid I wouldn't make it all the way home from restaurant) and that night and whole week I was back to same horrible problems, maybe even worse. Even though I NEVER stopped taking recommended dosages. It took a whole week again before Urgency,frequency and flow slowly improved again. Shortly after a week I started sleeping better again and even started dreaming again. St Pat's day I drank more than usual, 5 Half & Halfs (Guinness & Harp), couple of shots. Drinks had no bad affect and after 4 hours of drinking I made myself go to bathroom, out of curiosity just to make sure nothing was broken. I had stopped taking the 2 lunch dosages about a week before because it was harder for me to take them around some fiber I also take mid day. I think 2tabs 3 times a day works a little better. But I'm going to stay on 2/2d as long as I'm still sleeping well. Highly highly recommend these tablets. I did show them to my doctor before taking them and he was skeptical Pollen would work, but said it wouldn't hurt to try them. WebMD also talked well about the main ingredient having great success for my biggest issues. And was the main reason I tried PollenAid. I was on other main brands before this with limited success.

Im a women who used this to help with urine retention. It helped a lot , but it did not make me fully " normal". It also allowed me to sleep through the night which was a big deal. I definitely would recommend this product to others.

While I ended up needing surgery, this product provided relief for several several years, much more so than the pumpkin seed and other products. Over time, these supplements will not stop prostate growth

Have been using 5 weeks with no improvement to any symptoms. I had previously used another brand of swedish flower pollen with better success. I was hopeful after reading about this product but despite taking regularly for more than a month, no changes. Maybe it will work for you, but I'm not impressed

This stuff works. Here is the problem. If you have reflux like me this product will make the reflux worse. If you do not take reflux medications I would purchase the product as it works. If you take reflux medication I would NOT purchase the product. As your reflux will get worse. As reflux is a side effect of this drug for some people. Prescription Flomax does not reflux me.

Was diagnosed with chronic prostatitis and given a 6 week course of Levaquin, a powerful antibiotic. The antibiotics unfortunately did not help, and my urologist told me that I would unfortunately have to simply live with the symptoms. I found a study report online done at NYU Langone Medical Center (if you search for it, you'll find it too) that indicated pollen extract was generally successful in treating/easing the condition. In desperation, as my symptoms were torturous and included pain, discomfort and urinary urgency/frequency, I decided to try it. When the package arrived I took as indicated on the label. The NEXT DAY I felt almost total relief. I could not believe it. This was three weeks ago. Since then I have had 3 days when my symptoms were bothering me in an appreciable (but still much improved) way, but the vast majority of days I have been free to live my life as I once did: without having the effects of this disease preying constantly upon my mind. Because of the pain and psychological distress I endured as a chronic prostatitis sufferer, I feel obligated to share my success with this product to fellow suffers, especially as a GP and urologist were able to offer me little relief. Of course, its best to consult your physician and to follow their advice...but I recommend at least broaching the subject of pollen extract with them! Started taking Tamsulosin a few years back as a late 40's male with prostate issues. While that did help on the daytime side of things it wasn't eliminating those wake up every few hours like clockwork bathroom trips at night. As such I've spent the last few years going down the research rabbit hole of natural remedy supplements to help compliment the above. Including throwing away lots of money trying different types of supplement types that didn't work for me. This product at 2 tablets 3x daily, combined with 160mg saw palmetto extract x2 daily, ended up being the actual sleep through the night winner for me. A little on the expensive side to get there (i'm typically pretty frugal), but worth it after trying pretty all of those cheaper flower extract products from other known/trusted companies that simply didn't work as well. At the end of the day I'm just not gonna frugal myself out of better sleep. Extra trust points also given here for the fact that they make and own their own patent of this product. Which is apparently good enough for a company like Swanson (which i like and use for other stuff) to want to rebrand/resell it in their own products.

I want my money back. This thing doesn't work as advertised but making symptoms even worse.
