HIC Kitchen Gourmet Rolling Fresh Herb and Multipurpose Kitchen Mincer, with 9-Stainless Steel Blades

I had my dough all rolled out on the cabinet for home made noodles. I pull out my new handy dandy noodle cutter and pushed it across the dough. It appeared to cut perfectly uniform noodles, but upon further inspection the noodles would not pull apart. One of the cutting wheels in the middle was out of alignment. It would cut in a short area and as all the blades turn it would lift the other blades up slightly so they wouldn’t all cut completely through the dough. I received a defective cutter.

Not as nice looking as my neighbors SS model but we both agree this is a superior cutting tool with easier clean-up. Works very well on onions, cilantro, basil, thyme,rosemary, chili peppers of all kinds, garlic (if one cross-sections and peels it first of course) AND, safer than using a kitchen knife (mine are very sharp Henkels).

This is a terrible product. It did not cut at all but just smashed my chives. It then went into the trash where it belongs. I do not want to waste my time returning it.

Barely chopped cilantro and everything kept getting caught in the “blades” which were not sharp at all. I tried to also use it for cutting homemade noodles - had to exert a lot of pressure to get it to cut.

I was excited about this, but it really only works with veggies that are extra crisp. If you have herbs that are still good, but maybe a little limp, it does not work as well.

Gourmet? No way. This thing just doesn’t work. I’ve tried on rosemary, cilantro, basil, scallions, chives, dill, and something else. I’ve literally tried this every day since I bought it, and all it does is smash the herbs into a sloppy mess. It doesn’t cut anything. I press down hard, it feels like it’s going to break but makes 1-2 slices. I flip it over and same result. This is literally the most useless piece of plastic in my house. But that’s what I get for being lazy about chopping herbs. I’m not mad. But I don’t recommend this at all.

I love to make homemade turkey noodles, just like my mom has done forever! However, during a recent kitchen remodel, I lost my noodle cutter! I decided to order this, and hoped that it would work. I was very pleased when it arrived fast and in good condition. I was a little nervous because of the price...but it did the job! It help up cutting through thick dough and the plastic handle did not bend. It comes apart as it should to be cleaned. It also comes out of the dishwasher just like new! This is a great noodle cutter at a great price!

So this is the first time that I have opened this and used it today making enchiladas I was cutting up my cilantro and it would not even cut it it just like I don’t I don’t even know what she would call what it did to it but I ended up using my little scissors to cut my cilantro off because it was just like mashing the cilantro it wasn’t doing anything and then the garlic it wouldn’t even slice through it it just kept on getting stuck in between it’s absolutely horrible and I gave it five stars for sturdiness and five stars for easy to clean but other than that I advise you not to buy it it’s a waste of money and I wish I would have used it back in July when I bought it so I Could have sent it back and got my money back! Absolutely horrible

Tried cutting herbs and it didn't cut even one piece. I tried different herbs like onion, chives, parsley, and it didn't work for any of them. Absolutely waste of my money.

Compré esto para cortar cilantro en cubitos y funciona bien. Todavía tengo que usar un cuchillo para comenzar, pero hará que el proceso sea más rápido.

It is a very simple roller meant to mince fresh herbs. Bit it does not function. It does nothing to the herbs and I have tried many things and it miserably fails to work on any of them.
