Excellent Almond Paste
Really love the effort in preparing this, however it's more like a piece of marzipan & so it did not adhere to the pastry I'd made that needed to be filled with almond paste. I'd be interested how others used it. I usually make this paste myself without eggs, that are in my opinion also not at all needed for this sweet. Also then the colour seems to be like ground almonds.

Very good quality
Made excellent cookies. I used it for Pignoli. They were a big hit!
