So delighted having this sent to me as it was not available in local shops, a great service. A fine salt with various options for pouring.

Most people know that two much sodium can cause blood. blood pressure and heart problems. But not everyone considers that it’s not just salt. It’s baking powder as well. Given the amount of processed food that contains both Sodium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate, we all have to be extremely careful.A good start is to use a combination salt, with Sodium Chloride and Potassium Chloride, for both cooking and condimenting, and this Lo-Salt is a really good option. It is more expensive than the cheap Table Salts, but it is difficult to put a value on trying to improve your health.

If you think it's gonna taste like salt, it doesn't but I knew that going in. It works in a pinch in a sprinkle situation like on chips but to be honest it's better without and just use a sauce to dip to occasionally one in, it'll have salt in it but less than usual. This does have an unusual after taste which is difficult to describe unless you've just had some,but I'm not in the mood to take a lick for this review. You'd be better off using herbs and spices to add flavour to your food instead of salt, even a squeeze of citrus or the zest is nice. Low salt options are more realistic expectations with some of us. Like I said its ok but I haven't cooked with it, so don't know if that is better. Let me know if it is!
