Spokes bent/ always needs to true
Looks really nice in person but had issues right of the bat when i got it. I took it to our local bicycle shop to get it installed and they had to true it even though its new so i said thats alright. I took it for a ride around 30miles everything is good at first but after around 20 miles the spokes suddenly lossened up and made my ride back home very dangerous. So i had to bring it back to the bike shop for a true. And yes after another ride same issue. Im returning it and would just be getting a new wheelset but not the same brand.

Spokes became loose, the rear non-drive side (rear radial spokes)
The radially laced spokes on the rear wheel became loose right at the 75mi mark. I kept a spoke wrench on me. Had I not, I would have been stranded. Tightened the spokes. Trued the wheel back home. About 250mi since that incident and all is well so far. Braking is good. Dimensions are correct.
