I’m using triphala to help my partner and his daughter who both have digestive issues suspected to be H.Pylori or similar. I chose this product because of True Veda’s organic certification, commitment to no fillers and the company values. I just ordered a second bottle as this combined with mastic gum, berberine and a liquid probiotic have greatly improved the symptoms and when they both forgot for a couple of days the symptoms returned. Neither of them thought my research and belief in non western medicine would work for them but they were prepared to try after ultrasound (daughter,15) and camera (partner) found nothing wrong. Triphala has such a historic traditional use it can’t be dismissed easily and science is now backing up its renowned benefits, I spent some time looking for a quality product before ordering this.

About 2 years ago I had terrible constipation, 7 days or more without going. Then when I did go the color was terrible. So I visited my doctor and was told the usual...eat more fiber, drink more water, eat yogurt, take some unnatural prescription drugs and so on. To be honest that helped a little but the constipation came back again. In my research I came upon a short review of Triphala by Dr. Weil, known for his "non-drug" therapies. He said Triphala was non-addictive, easy on the system and made from 3 fruits. So I tried it. It took a week to act but the results have been great! I now go every day and feel my system is "emptying-out". To be honest I tried a tablet form of Triphala which did not work. This capsule works great. I just take 2 in the evening before dinner and either that evening or the next morning I have a bowel movement. Highly recommended...works great!

I started to take this on a recommendation that it would help with bloating for IBS. I have been taking for a week now and the difference is noticeable. Jeans fit better and stomach less irritated in general when I eat. I have started with just one tablet per day as recommended by a friend as I thought taking two might set my stomach off.

This product worked within days , I was suffering with digestive issues for months due to a diet change. I read that this product was nurturing,rebalancing & replenishing to the digestive tract . I was sceptic but wow what a difference. I went onto to purchase another product ,Amla (which has a very high vitamin C content (HAVEN'T TRIED YET). I feel this company has made huge efforts providing us with pure ,organic quality products & should be rewarded. The packaging is also beautiful & the their attention to detail matters. This arrived in good time, I like the packaging and could tell the capsules are of a good quality. I took one morning and night. I am mindful that sometimes you need a few months of a supplement in the system to start reaping the benefits and with triaphala this can be the case to really start to clear out the ama etc. With the exception of possibly sleeping better, I did not notice anything else. I had bought it to assist with gut issues and have decided to buy some probiotics instead.

I've been taking True Veda's Triphala supplement one capsule daily for over a week, and I'm already noticing some positive changes, like reduced bloating and increased energy levels.Love that the ingredients were organic. And the small, easy-to-swallow capsules are a bonus, especially for someone like me who doesn't like large pills.If you're considering a natural supplement to improve your digestive health, I'd highly recommend giving this one a try!
