W7 Cover Stick with Tea Tree Oil Concealer - Light/Medium

This is a great concealer stick not only does it cover your blemishes it helps with breakouts on the skin because of the tea tree oil in it I been using it for a while now and I love it also it blends well on the skin good value for money

As a man in my 40s trying to fight the effects of time by regularly going to the gym in order to stay relatively in shape my thoughts have been turning to how I present myself generally as well (hair, clothes etc). Chanced upon Queer Eye on Netflix and in the first episode they recommended concealer to a guy who suffers with rosacea in patches on his face. That got me thinking as although I don’t suffer with that condition I do have a slightly red nose and a few age related spots round the edges. Looked on Amazon for a concealer (for men) I came across this and because it was cheap (and contained tea tree oil) thought I would give it a go, the thinking being if it was rubbish it’s not much money to lose! It arrived on a Friday which was perfect as it allowed me to try it out at home over the weeekend to make sure it improved my appearance without being obvious I was wearing it. Have to say I’m really impressed with the product. I’ve found it best if you put moisturiser on first (one that isn’t too greasy) then do something else (clean teeth) and then add the concealer onto the areas you want to cover and then blend with a finger (dabbing is best I’ve found). The trick I’ve found is less is more. I just target the areas I want to improve in order to ensure my skin still looks natural. Whilst it doesn’t completely cover the imperfections it does reduce their effects and gives a better overall even skin tone. Have been using it for a couple of weeks and although compliments about how youthful and healthy I look haven’t been flying my way!!... I personally feel better about my appearance and ultimately that’s what important.

I bought this in the light/medium shade for £1.29 with £0.50 P&P in September 2015. I've been using it since and its already half-way gone. To begin with it has a lovely smell to it (which, I appreciate, some might not like, but I find quite appealing). This smell however, does not transfer to your face, it's just nice whilst you use the product - applying it around the nose in particular :D The concealer works very well for underneath the eyes (reducing the look of puffiness and darkness) and it does not sting or make the eyes water (despite the ingredient of tee tree oil). It does however create deeply visible lines after about two-three hours, unless you use a good quality primer (in which case no lines appear). Because its a stick (and not liquid) it's also very difficult to reach right underneath the bottom eyelashes and get really full coverage, so there is that to consider too. Once applied it's easily blendable (especially with the right set of brushes) and it's quite good in that you can use it under or over foundation and it looks equally natural in terms of finish. The concealer does not work for fine lines - like around your mouth or above your nose between the eyes. It simply emphasises the lines by making them appear deeper and it looks more unappealing than if you did not use any concealer to begin with. That is whether or not you've used a primer! Also, because its a light/medium it truly does not work to hide blemishes or spots. It actually highlights them and brings them to the forefront of one's attention, so forget about buying this if you suffer with a lot of acne problems. A bit disappointed with these two last points, hence why I've only given four (and not five) stars. Overall, its an OK product to start your make up journey, or if you use make up from time to time, or if you're on a budget, but for me it does not work as well as I'd of liked it to and I think I will be going back to liquid concealers (though granted they can be messier and harder to carry with you and apply outside the comforts of your home). P.S. I am normally a cool vanilla/ivory/beige skin colour with warm skin undertones for colour matching reference :)

Lovely product, smooth and creamy texture, stays on really well and is good value for money

Came today, they're not brilliant but wasn't expecting them to be that great going from the price. I suffer a lot of skin allergies so didn't want to spend a fortune on make up to find that I'm allergic to them a few days later (even sensitive skin make up causes me issues). I basically decided to get a few cheap items in for very occasional use. As I don't normally wear make up I wanted to go for a natural look mainly for going out or formal occasions to give my boring, dry and blotchy skin a bit of life. This product still irritates my skin slightly but as it isn't for everyday use it doesn't matter too much and it doesn't cost the earth which is perfect for me! It's a bit pasty but once blended in with the applicator or even a blending sponge it actually looks quite nice and lovely and natural without clogging up my skin too much!

I am writing an honest review. Pros: - fast delivery - good price and easy to apply Cons: - it’s a bit sticky and greasy, it doesn’t stay on the skin well - it doesn’t last - the colour is very orange, you need concealer over the concealer to blend it in

J'ai été surprise de lire des avis négatifs sur ce produits, disant par exemple qu'il était sec. Pas du tout ! Certaines clients ont dû avoir un problème de qualité car ce produit n'est absolument pas sec. Il a la consistance d'un rouge à lèvres. J'ai pris la teinte la plus claire. Je suis brune avec un teint ni pâle ni bronzé : entre les deux. Cette teinte est parfaite mais serait trop foncée pour une blonde au teint pâle par exemple. Il est un peu gras mais ça m'arrange car la zone sous les yeux est fragile, et je n'aime pas à avoir à étirer un produit sec. Ma routine maquillage : je masse d'abord le dessous des yeux avec la crème Nivea Q10 pour les yeux et un masseur électrique muni d'une boule métallique froide. Ensuite je mélange dans le creux de la main un enlumineur et mon fond de teint, que j'applique aux doigts. Je mets l'anticernes après le fond de teint car, comme il est gras, si je fais l'inverse le fond de teint a du mal à tenir. J'applique l'anticernes avec le bâton et je tapote ensuite pour estomper. J'en mets aussi un peu dans le coin de la lèvre pour cacher une cicatrice. Et voilà : l'effet attendu d'un anticernes est bien là. Il camoufle bien sans faire d'épaisseur.

Es un corrector para granitos, yo lo compré para mi hija adolescente, para el acné. Estoy contenta porque además de taparle el grano con buena cobertura, se lo trata con árbol de té. Este es el color clarito, el light/medium. Su aplicación es muy sencilla, es como una barra de labios. Tiene un precio muy muy bueno, 3 euros y pico, por ese precio desde luego que vale la pena comprarle. Ya es el segundo que pido.

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo xchè copre e soprattutto non va nelle rughette quindi distante anche un po' 😉👍

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Nachdem ich lange nach einer würdigen Nachfolge des Abdeckstiftes von Manhatten gesucht habe und Vieles ausprobiert habe, habe ich endlich ein gutes Produkt gefunden. Die Konsistenz ist ziemlich cremig, könnte gerne eine Spur weniger sein, dafür bröckelt und bröselt hier nichts und kreiert auch keine Rillen durch verkleben. Rote Stellen unter den Augen lassen sich recht gut abdecken, wobei fixieren mit Compactpuder fast vonnöten ist. Der Geruch ist sehr gut. Die Farbe medium passt bei mir für den Frühlings-, Sommerteint perfekt. Ich bin mittelbraun mit grünen Augen, damit ihr eine Orientierung habt und bräune im Sommer eher leicht, aber nicht extrem, wie andere Hauttypen. Im Winter probiere ich den helleren. Also ich finde ihn gut.

Shipping was a week early. This concealer is great- It's creamy but not too thick. It doesn't cake up and I love that it doesn't crease under my eyes. This concealer provides buildable coverage without it feeling too heavy on the skin. I was a bit worried that the tea tree oil would make it smell strong but you can't smell it unless you put it up to your nose. Overall, I really like this product since it's easy to use and very bendable.
