Good product
Timely delivery and installation. Raised Installation request with Voltas directly and they responded immediately. However, Voltas self care portal should be improved. Good performance so far. Not much noise while operation and cools well. Overall satisfied.

Ac is not working and Installation service was horrible and installer’s behaviour is unprofessional
Ac is not working..AC installer’s behaviour is very unprofessional and they have not provided any solution for this issue as well they have charged additional 200 rs for his bike damage. After that I have connected with Amazon customer service and I have requested for return as this ac is damage and not working..they have excepted for return and after wards I have requested ac installer service man to uninstall this ac but they are not uninstalled it..currently ac was hanging at my room wall so before the return pick I need to uninstall ac and for this I need to take help from local AC service provider and I have informed to the same to Amazon and asked for the refund money which will be charged for ac uninstallation and Amazon customer executive confirmed they will provide the refund amount but let’s see how it will comes.. Its a horrible service experience for me..I request to everyone one don’t buy ac fro Amazon as they will not provide good service at all.

Charging 9000 INR for Installation
Charges written is 1500 INR. Voltas service guy will come home and do some random calculation and quote 9000 INR. Thats the quality of service you will get from such brand. Stay away from buying any Voltas brand!
