Natural Hickory Smoke Powder - 500g

Ordered late at night, delivered within 15 hours, ..I needed to top up my charcuterie / BBQ / cooking supplies & at this price for 500g from ringmaster was a no brained purchase. Packaged well in a commercial vacuum bag which I can re-seal making life easier for me, & keeping the powder in tip top condition for sale it smelt divine, so good in fact that one of our boxer dogs didn't want to leave it alone after an enquiring sniff, ...hmm I'll try a bit with my dogs home cooked meat meals to see if it encourages them to not leave anything (handy as the seasons warm up). Ultra fine powder which clearly flows well (& therefore mixes well) ..although you only need to add a "literal" pinch as a natural smokey flavour enhancer. Freshness: (vacuum sealed, minimal air, not in rigid form) the best before date (taken lightly) for mine is 2.6 years away ...fresh???? ...definitely. This is a highly concentrated natural flavour, details are on the sticky label on the bag for ease of use ...very good! My first order via Tongmaster, ...having read numerous positive reviews I'll be back to sample more. Nb, this pack (500g) is a fraction of the price from other vendors on the net, ..a very good deal and enough to really try with everything! Fantastic! ...seller & product both highly recommended, the sort of old school service that keeps you coming back! 👌 (I'm scurrying round the kitchen making numerous sample blends as I write this) ....plenty of opportunity to enhance dishes, condiments & plenty of meat ...if you are a regular cook a smaller bag will do (100g is actually a lot of hickory smoke powder) ...for folk who experiment / churn out catering scale for bbq's or make 10kg+ sausage bacon etc at a time this will keep you happy too! Cue the meat processing frenzy 😂

I buy this regularly and add it to most of my dishes for that smokey taste. I don't find it overpowering but I do like a strong smokey flavour.

Smells great... But not much flavour... Better using liquid smoke

I wanted Liquid smoke. Saw the price, had a heart attack, and looked around for something else. I found this, and it's the real stuff, just in powder form. It's easy to use, and will last 100 times longer than an 110ml bottle that you usually get. Get adventurous, not just for Jerky and the likes, but homemade burgers, or sausages will benefit from a gram or two. It'll give the meat a smoky flavour that costs an extra fiver when bought from the shop. The sellers are really helpful, (especially when I made a mistake) I would seriously suggest that you buy your smoke from them, via amazon or their website.
