The beat anti pull harness I have found
I bought this harness for a 6 month old 47lb deerhound . It is the best harness I have found to help stop pulling and I have bought three other designs that didnt help at all . I found with the easy walk harness I had more control and she didnt pull me off my feet when meeting other dogs on a walk . It certainly was a game changer for general walking on the pavement , I was not getting dragged to the fields . After reading another review where someone had one of the plastic buckles fail I also have a lead on her collar as well . I hold both leads in on hand with the harness lead slightly shorter , and make her walk next to my leg . If you give them any length of lead I find they get control over you again . When I let her run free I take the harness off . As they are long striding dogs I think the harness would interfere with their shoulder movement . But that is not a problem as the harness is so easy to take off and put on again with the two tone strap .

Good quality and fit.
Nice harness. had to exchange large for medium, as my dog was on the cusp of the weight guide. However Medium size is a good fit.

Great effective but might cause shedding
It is a wonderful product, well made practical and functional BUT after prolonged use (multiple months) if your door still slightly pulls, it will start ruining the fur where the metal rings are on the sides. I bought this product twice and used it twice in different period of times 6 months each. Had this issue both times. My dog is a dobermann so maybe the short hair makes it more visible.

Fit not good
Does stop pulling but looks very uncomfortable on my Cockapoo and after ten minutes use it all starts to loosen up so complete waste of time. Lead is very long scd gets caught up with dogs feet . Really thought if cracked it with this harness but not to be

Liberation!
This time yesterday I was pouring through reviews of this and other anti-pull harnesses. Decided on this one, ordered, they were here by 11am. We've just been for our first stress-free, undragged, happiest walk in months. I've got two gorgeous girls, a Golden Retriever and a Lab/Retriever cross. Both walk beautifully on their own but the Lab turns into a head-down, must be in front, powerhouse of a carthouse dragging me along like she's pulling a dray, when I walk them together. Which means the GR wants to keep up and I'm being hauled along by over 60kg of girlie beasts. Like others, I've been through many so-called anti-pull devices ... Halti head collars, GenCon head collars, Halti body harness, and more. Once I understood the concept of the Easy Walk harness, ie, the dog can't pull against you because you're leading her from the chest ring, it all made sense and all that remained was for me to choose between this harness, and the Rabbitgoo. This won, based on Amazon reviews, and price. The head collars worked for a while, but then backfired because the carthorse kept stopping every five yards to try and paw the thing off her face, she REALLY didn't want to wear it, and I'm talking about over a good few weeks, she never got used to it and to be honest I found it quite distressing watching her. The latest harness just gave them both extra pulling power and did absolutely nothing to stop them dragging me. It had got to the point where I was driving them to the beach so they could run without me having to walk them, I had to will myself to take them out every day. The harness comes with a well written and precise fitting guide. It took about five minutes to get them fitted properly first time on, which I did as soon as they arrived, let them wear the harnesses around the house for a bit, neither seemed at all bothered by them. So this afternoon they wore them for a short walk to the car and into the beauty parlour for a nail trim, I was actually laughing out loud at how well they behaved. I was so impressed that when I got them home we didn't even go inside, we went for a long walk round the busy noisy streets and they behaved beautifully. There wasn't even an attempt at a pull, and the Lab's head-down, charging-forward tug became a head-up jaunty skip, a completely different dog. I actually walked 62kg of beast with one hand and a smile on my face. Be convinced! This works!

Transformative!!!
This harness has literally changed the dog-walking experience for me & my exuberant Cockapoo! You wouldn't think a Cockapoo could pull you over, but I was living with the dread that she was one walk away from it. (It's very hilly & slippery where we live). I was suffering from pains in my elbow & shoulder, from constantly pulling her back & I started to avoid any pavement walking -& driving to areas where I could instantly let her off the lead. I purchased this harness on a friend's recommendation. IT WORKS! No pulling, a lovely walking pace. If I sensed any discomfort on her part, I wouldn't recommend it - but she seems to be getting more from our pavement walks also, enjoying more sniffs & much calmer. We happily walk around the local villages now as I feel in control. It's very light weight & easy to clean, no chaffing. She loves the puddles & streams & the larger harnesses take an age to dry-out. So, we are both now Happy Bunnies .

BEWARE - BUCKLE GIVES WAY!!
The principle is good but we have bought 3 harnesses over the year and all 3 have failed. The first time we felt resulted from our dog meeting a couple of larger dogs. The second time our dog twisted being nosy and again it gave way So on these two occasions we gave it the benefit of the doubt. However today was a terrifying situation - we were on a path next to a busy main road. A dog barked behind her and she twisted to see the dog, the buckle gave way and she was on the main road without her harness!! Fortunately she returned on being summonsed and an awful accident averted but we cannot afford a similar occurrence again. Yes the idea is good but it is always the beige strap buckle that undoes which could have fatal consequences. Obviously the buckle is not strong enough.
